Farinas Ilocos Empanada along JP Rizal, walking distance from Makati City Hall.

Try the empanada special! Its the best. Also try their Ilocos Special Miki 😊 and the Longganisa, too with their Sukang Ilocos.

Convenient if you just commute cos it doesn't have any parking space cos MACEA doesn't allow to any cars to be parked with your cars extending on the road.

Menu and food are very specific for European expats, but taste is fine. One of important point is this place located in few steps from immigration office, they have soft drinks and toilet.
