St. Francis Square Mall

Great bargain finds. Must have patience to look around & compare items & prizes before making a purchase. A good sign for me is when staff is very attentive to you. I don't like those who are glued to their phones & will barely look up when you approach their stall.

An under rated shopping complex for your affordable clothes and shoes. Prices are lower compared to Greenhills but designs are not quite up to date when it comes to shoes, maybe limited is the right term. Clothes, on the other hand, are on par. Food carts are on the ground floor and the food court is on the top floor. Bargains galore!

This area offers you one of the best views outside especially in the evenings so if you are in the Philippines as a tourist or have been living here for a while and just looking for somewhere cool to hang out, you might wanna visit this area. The under bridges are well lighted and lots of beautiful places to see from the offices to the eateries and some places even operate 24 hours like the Jolibee. Its close to several malls including the famous Mega Malls.

Love shopping here! There's always so many thing to see and buy without breaking the bank. Also because the mall is small with lots of mini stalls you dont hurt your feet walking around long distances. I can go here spend a thousand pesos and come home with 6 full bags of items shopped!

I love to go there because there a restaurant in there and of course a shopping mall like appliances and a cosmetics line if you want to remove your wrinkles or some exists fat in your body you can do that too. So this is a very nice place and condominium

This is the place to visit if you’re shopping for extremely affordable items. It has stalls for shoes, clothes, gadgets, etc. St. Francis is the pocket-sized version of San Juan’s famous Greenhills Shopping district.

I love St Francis Square. You can find elegant, professional, office appropriate, fashionable, limited but cheap dresses at Adam and Eve. The available clothing items we have are party dresses, office outfits, casual dresses, blouses, t-shirts, tees, walking shorts and a lot more.

Brand new casual clothing apparel that is clean and pressed but less expensive. The most expensive is 400 php casual dresses, get a chance to buy 350 php casual dresses, 200 php walking shorts, tees and shirts worth from 120 to 150 php.

Affordable buys and the ambience was more of a shopping centre than that of a fancy mall. I like the fact that they have what you need and you have a variety of shops to choose from.

Cheap earings, dress, cellphones, cellphone casing, has a lot of food too..close to a smoking area at the st.francis parking lot. Mini divisoria in ortigas.

If you're looking for a place to go shopping where it is affordable and still be able to bargain with the sellers, then this is the place for you....

Tiangge, bargain, full of accessories! Repair Shops! Everything on this place would be nice if you go there! Plus is budget friendly!
