Satisfied with the service! Though the queue was long when i came, the service was quite fast i was out of there in a flash. Good job to the staff! 👌👍👏

Conveniently efficient and effective.

For the first time job seeker and new member, bring the following:
1 Valid ID(photocopy)
1 photo copy of your FTJB certificate(with lgu number)

Arrived at 8am and waited for about 1 and a half hour before leaving with my id. There's a xerox place right beside it, in the parking lot.

You wait outside first, since they let about ten people enter at a time. Majority of the waiting is done outside. Before falling in line, go to the security guard first and tell them your purpose. They'll give you forms to fill out. The line is at the side of the building. Once you enter, it's very organized.

All the staff are very accommodating with a smile in their face. Had to update my info and payment and got everything I needed in less than an hour, considering I came in past 11 am. Good job!!

All employees are well-mannered, pleasant and patient in accommodating clients’ inquiries and businesses. They even served free coffee for the clients and entertainment via a wide-screen TV. Very good experience and smooth transactions.

Compared to other government offices with frontline services like SSS, PhilHealth offices seems to be more organized and systematic. They first give forms and the CoVid info sheet at a tent just in front of the building where the office is located. This for me is a very good measure as it promotes social distancing and it controla the number of people going upstairs. At the same time, it requires the visitors to fill out the info sheet which is very necessary for contact tracing.

Then, once you're done, you will be allowed upstairs for your transaction. There is a concirge that gives out the numbers for your transaction line. Then once you're on queue and your number is called, that's the only time that you will go to the counter. This thing here should be a must to all government offices with fronline services. And I believe that the same would be beneficial for BIR offices!

For improvements, maybe add a line for the queue as it might pile up with people if there's only one. Also, they must have alcohol for their visitors available at certain areas like the door at the ground floor, at the concierge, and at the counters. One more thing, I hope that they would also have ballpens available for usage of visitors.

I just had my first hand experience today getting Philhealth ID for my daughter and the experience was really AWESOME.
It only took me just 10min to get the ID & MDR, the staff who assisted me was courteous and they have a working system to ensure efficiency.

Fast processing. Good ambiance (there's TVs to watch too, which added to that factor). It made the wait less of a stretch.
The Philhealth workers were very patient throughout my queries.

There were a lot of people so following social distancing protocols was a challenge, but staff were kind and accommodating.

All the employees are good they treat all their clients,good assist to all who needs help and willing to do their best.i really appreciate them .

The people are super kind and the process is fast. Just bring a photo copy of the birth certificate and ID.

Office is crowded today but the queue is easily dissolved. Fast processing. Awesome.

Fast services and friendly people. However, make sure to go early. This place gets crowded easily even on a weekday.
