The Convento de San Pedro-Lubuagan is the only Augustinan convent in Montanosa, stablished in early 1900's by the Belgian CICM. The present 3-storey wooden structure is constructed in 1940's by the same missionary congragation. Passed on to other religious congragations after the Belgian Missionary left the area then to the secular clergy. In 2014 enstrusted to the Augustinian Friars by the Local Ordinary of AVT. Presently there are 3 Friars asaigned there.
