Great location, clean room, fast housekeeping and maintenance service. Only downside is the television is so small you can hardly see and hard to use since its using old cable technology we had to call housekeeping to set it up and assist us. Food was great!

Our hotel is fine, the view is beautiful and it's right on the road, so it's easy to see people, so it's like whoever passes by, you can say it's really nice, be sure to check in there because when it won't be difficult because if you want to go somewhere, you can get a ride right away, whether you're south or north, it's easy to commute.....

At first, I was having second thoughts about staying here because of the bad reviews but based on what I saw in the photos, this is one of the nicer true hotels in Bacolod. I paid P13,500 for four (4) nights for three De Luxe rooms via Agoda. I also got a free upgrade to a Superior room with a matrimonial bed and bathtub. This is definitely a great deal. Let my raw photos speak for themselves.

Contrary to the negative reviews here, a pitcher of ice cold service water, fresh towels, and other toiletries are given upon request. However, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and shaving cream. It is recommended to bring your own toiletries.

Five stars for the friendly staff. Now I know why Bacolod is known as the City of Smiles.

Good affordable hotel. Clean. Located direct on a main road but you can get quite rooms.

A nice place to have events, parties and weddings. The food here is great. You can also just go here and dine at their restaurant.

It was our first time in Bacolod and was shocked how nice the facility was and the rooms are way too nice for its price! For a 4 star hotel to charge that cheap was such a great deal!

Was an emergency booking cause booking dot com made a mistake and gave our rooms to someone else. No regrets whatsoever, nitpicking but we had to ask for towels, but given that we only booked 30 mins beforehand it's completely understandable. Location is also near to SM which is really convenient. A few blocks doen the road is merczi and bongbongs.

The place is nice and cozy. It's been a pleasure to have attended a conference seminar for engineers and architects. The food was excellent and accommodation was very nice.

The girls at the front desk are amazingly kind and so are the staff. Everyone will say hi to you everytime they see you. If you ask for something they will bring it to you or accommodate you asap. They worked with me with my stay and took a lot of stress away when I couldn't get a hold of my credit card company due to hurricane Ian and with trying to help my family back home prepare. They were super understanding and house keeping was fantastic. Again, the two girls at the front were the best and deserve all the praise in the world. The food was great and they ended up knowing exactly what I wanted every morning for breakfast without me having to ask. The security guards are always smiling and opening the door and will run in the rain to bring you an umbrella if they see you without one. This hotel isn't as nice as the Marriotts or Hilton's I stay at and are used to but the welcoming and sweet people make this hotel far above any of the big names in the states.

Staff's are great, old but clean rooms, a bit noisy on the outside, wifi is very fast, very convenient especially for someone like me who want to bring their work during vacation ⭐⭐⭐☺

Excellent value. Great price for a place that includes a pool and gym. Staff: 10/10. Pool: 7/10 - small but very clean. Gym: 3/10 (but hey at least it has one!). Quietness: 8/10, only traffic noise. Comfort: 7/10, beds were very firm and I like soft. A/C and plumbing worked very well. Good location.

The space was really comfortable. Had space for the food at the pantry and the receiving area served as sleeping area for the extended guests. The room was reminiscent of our old place. The halls are decked with ornaments too. It felt festive.

Best place for big events and gatherings. With more rooms to accommodate participants and for staycation.

Very good hotel. A lot of amenities and very kind staff. Just make sure you don’t get lost going up and downstairs as it may be confusing. Also the food is incredible.

Our room is big and always clean because they consistently clean the rooms on times that we are not around. The staffs are very accomodating and their breakfast buffets are always good.

This place is a great value hotel.people are very coordinating and respectful and pleasant.

It was my first time here but I'll definitely go back. I'm just wondering why the breakfast is always just for one. Buffet menu needs a bit of improvement. More veggies.
