Thank you so much for your service! We highly recommend this clinic, especially for emergencies. It was 6 am, and they immediately answered our call. Considering all vet clinics are closed at those times. They patiently waited for us to arrive from our one-and-a-half-hour drive. Our dog had a fever from the rain, and they attended to her at once. They have friendly and accommodating staff and a very professional doctor.

All vets and staffs are nice. I brought my dog here a few months ago because of a huge lump on her neck. They ran blood work and explained the result. BUT they didn’t diagnose my dog and instead referred me to an animal hospital (which I didn’t go to because of bad reviews and healthy confined dogs being infected with other animals with infectious diseases) and said that this specific hospital are the one who handles complicated cases like my dog.

That’s when I started to think on why would the vets run blood test when they can’t even diagnose my dog. They should have informed me right from the start that they don’t accept complicated cases. I spent money and time.

Also when you give clients a referral, please refer them to vet hospitals or clinics with clean and good reputation. I almost brought my dog to the facility and if she was confined, I think she would have died without me by her side.
