I am a self-proclaimed Sisig-connoisseur so eating at Aling Lucing's is on my bucket list.

The restaurant is very homey, with the feeling that you are in one of your childhood school's nearby canteen. The Sisig itself has a charred taste which is simply exquisite. I applaud them for sticking to the original recipe all these years. I can say it is one of the best sisig that I've tasted even though it doesn't have mayo, egg, or chicharron on top.

They also sell ready-to-cook meals so do try those as pasalubong.

Visited Aling Lucing for their famous sisig, end up ordering more and grabbing a to-go for my parents. The food serving time was fast, Sisig didn't disappoint me, authentic and delicious. They also served Tokwa't baboy and other Pinoy dishes. However parking is limited only at the curbside of the road. Expect many customers during weekend, best to go during weekdays and off-season. Common comfort room available here.

Service was fast but the sisig was already prepacked. None the less, it was still tasty. It was my first time to try authentic Kapampangan sisig. I love the smokey taste and the bitterness of the liver. Definitely a must try and so different from the sisig with mayo. This version really just lack the crunchy texture or maybe a little bit of sweetness. It's oily as well. But none the less, I love it!

The sisig that they served was a sisig worth the travel for. We live at Quezon City and we drove all the way here because of the hype that they were telling about. An order of sizzling sisig is 230 pesos. Id say it could serve 2-3 people. The taste and texture was nowhere near I could find and taste here at Manila. Hindi makunat ang karne!

The chicharon bulaklak has a whiter color than what I usually eat. It is crunchy too! I love that it is freshly fried when it was served. None of it was rancid, as I always experience a stale product when I buy one at Laloma, QC.

Dining here is one of the best experiences in history of the Philippine cuisine. The birthplace of the authentic Filipino sisig.

Food lovers like me must try Aling Lucing's sisig, crunchy chiracon bulaklak and their papaitan. Highly recommended.

The sisig is really the star of the show. From Parañaque to Pampanga, i must say the the trip is worth it. The food is great and not expensive at all. As a sisig lover, Aling Lucing's sisig for me is one of the best sisig I've ever tasted.

Sisig was sooo good. They also offer Sisig in pouches for those who are traveling.
I loved the calamares as well, very soft and cooked just right. The owner of the restaurant is one of Aling Lucing’s grand daughter, which makes this Restaurant - Legit.

It's the sisig that will 'wow' you.

We weren't expecting that the sisig is really, really good. What I like is the smoky flavor of the sisig and its texture that other restaurants can't replicate.

The service is satisfactory, but expect the staff to be very busy as one person only attends 12-15 tables.

The atmosphere is not the best, but if one can be patient enough to wait for the table to be cleaned, then it's all good. Our goal was to have an experience of the first sisig anyway.

Nothing beats the original and authentic recipe of the famous Aling Lucing Sisig. So what are you waiting for hop in now and taste this dish to your delight. By the way, parking space is available on the street or in front of the store. Other street foodcarts are also in the vicinity which you can try or for those adventurous food hunters and undiscriminating palate to dine in.

As a lover of sisig, I’ve been wanting to go here since I found out it’s the original (birthplace) of the popular Filipino food, sisig. Anthony Bourdain also visited here on his show Parts Unknown. It did not disappoint. So good! Sisig is made everywhere in the Philippines but it’s usually not that good. Make sure to try it here first.

When in Angeles, Pamapanga don't miss the chance to visit the place that made Sisig famous! Their sisig has a very unique smoky flavor from grilling the pork on an open flame before being turned into sisig. The place also has other very good grilled viands perfect for eating with their famous sisig.

Alice Lucing's Sisig the infamous sisig in Pampanga. It has different taste than your average sisig in Metro Manila but they say it's the original recipe sisig. The taste here is quite tender but so oily. I'm not sure if that is natural fat oil. The tokwat Baboy is also tasty here and must try. The price is still affordable but I feel it's tourist priced already. The venue scenery is like your typical carinderia not to shavy but it's okay you will still feel the classic Filipino food. I'd recommend this place to try it.

Brought our relatives here. They're from the US and Quezon. They have not tasted the original. All they know was the one they get from Manila. Sisig with mayo and egg 😖. Told them, that's not the original.
After they tasted the original sisig from this place, they swore not to eat any sisig that's not similar to this.
Also had the Bulalo soup, 👌 it was a good combination with the sisig since it was a rainy day.
Also ordered the Pinaputokan Tilapia. 😋 Didn't get the chance to take a photo of the fish, ended up eating it immediately. So good.
Will keep bringing our guests here so they can experience the AUTHENTIC SISIG.

Sisig was ridiculously good. Worth the travel from manila to pampanga for this. Also tried their bulaklak and damn that's the cleanest bulaklak I ate. Love Thier paco salad although the serving was small and more of tomatoes rather than paco

Food was great! We loved the sisig and enselada. The papaitan soup and fresh lumpia was okay. The prices were okay and not too expensive considering the amount of food that we ordered.

I thought I already tasted the best sisig here at my place in Qc, but when we bought their sisig nothing beats Campangan's dishes. It's soo good I regret buying a small tub. Definitely will go there and dine in of I have time

Aling Lucing's Sisig is one of the best and most authentic sisig I had until today. The food is so authentic that you will definitely ask for more. Pampanga really has one of the best restaurants around, and I'm sure I'll go back here again.

Home of the best sisig in the country...so far. There are other grilled specialties like squid, tilapia, isaw (intestines), atay (liver), hito (catfish), eggplant, etc. All of them good. No air-conditioning, just a roofed open area with plastic tables and chairs. Floors are slippery because of the food. Place is packed w people but practices wearing masks with some sort of distancing. You order out front, sit and get served quite quickly, I would say. Worth the visit.
