It's a very nice place to stay. peaceful and quiet i love the nature and fresh air specially Sally and Graham are such a lovely nice persons, they prepared a very good breakfast every morning, i could say that it's the best breakfast we had on our holidays ,after visiting nice place and beautiful beaches and getting tired, the room is good you can relax on the nice and comfortable bed with very nice mattress and at dinner you can also visit their restaurant the Chido Cafe that serves a very good foods. I hope to stay there again on our next holidays.

This is an extraordinary place with wonderful hosts. It really is special as an expirience and as a place. Surrounded by jungle provides peace and quiet perfect for rest. Very close to a place from where sunset can be observed. Place is very clean and hosts are very special! For breakfasts there should be a separate note - they were fantastic! We regreted we’d had to leave. Highly recommended for those staying on bohol island.

La Casita de Baclayon is the ultimate home-away-from-home. Sally, Graham and Emily are such a lovely family. They open their house and invite you in like old friends, and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could possible need for the most comfortable stay. Everything during our stay was absolutely perfect, from the warmest of welcomes, incredibly delicious food, and help to plan the most wonderful day trips. The Casita itself is beautiful. Designed with sustainability in mind, the open design lets you really connect with nature, but with all the home comforts you could think of. It was so nice to feel cool without the need for aircon! The bedrooms are spacious, impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, and with a balcony that opens out onto lush jungle it’s hard not to feel relaxed. The breakfast is to die for! A huge spread of fresh fruits, toast and jam, plus a cooked dish of your choice. We can definitely recommend trying the poached eggs in tomato and the potato hash, they were so good we both had the same thing twice! The coffee will have you coming back for more, as will the delicious homemade biscuits. Sally and Graham recommended us a sustainable tour, involving a private boat over to the nearby island of Pamlican. We spent hours watching dolphins swim around the boat, and even saw a couple of Manta rays leaping out of the...More

Amazing place. Breakfast every morning was out of this world. Really made our honeymoon so special. They had key places to visit and avoid most of the major tourist traps. Their daughter's restaurant is a must. Great view and food that is unreal. I highly recommend staying here. It is worth every penny.

If you only ever stay in one AirBnB make it this one! We travel 6 months a year, and we've stayed in hundreds of Airbnb's around the world, and La Casita de Baclayon is the best we have ever stayed in!

If you value design and architecture, the villa is stunning and unique. Set amongst the hills and forests, it creates a feeling of spaciousness and serenity. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and wonderfully appointed with unique art and design touches.

If you are a foodie, you won't want to leave La Casita. The breakfasts are imaginative, unique, filling and so scrumptious. And as for dinner, our best meals in the Philippines were at Sally's place. We stayed 5 nights and tried pretty well everything on the menu. The star of the food show is their daughter Emilie who has a wonderful culinary talent, and you will be the beneficiaries! Sally and Graham were gracious, helpful and Attentive to every request.

Furthermore, Bohol is very interesting, clean and has loads to do. 5 days was not enough. La Casita is perfectly located to travel the island!

Sally est une hôte incroyable. Tout autant que sa maison ! Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit !
Elle nous a loué un scooter. Organisé une excursion en mer sur Pamilacan island ou nous avons vu des dauphins et même préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter ! Si vous venez sur Bohol passez obligatoirement par la casita de baclayon vous ne serez pas déçu !!
