I used to love going here since 2019/20 because of its proximity to our house, and they have all the services I need. They have fair rates and skilled staff, too. It's almost always fully booked. I stopped going since Q1 of last year because I got fed up with their unprofessional staff. The receptionist made me wait for 30 mins just to tell me they FORGOT to secure my slot when I messaged them the other day. She even told me to just return another day, like I have the luxury of time. To top it off, instead of apologizing, she kept on talking back while I'm expressing my frustration. The supervisor said the recep is new, but we all know that's not an excuse! I know that the owner is lovely (we went to the same HS, but she doesn't know me), and I heard she's a good employer. 'Sad thing is she might not be aware of what's happening in her salon (lots of gossips about fellow coworkers). Sayang! I recommended it to a lot of my officemates when I used to work in a hotel. We have our hair, nails, and lashes done here. Good thing my fave stylist has her own salon now, and there are more beauty lounge in Marisol that have way better customer service.

Poor Quality of Service! Not worth it at all!
