Caimito Beach Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 16 nights recently. The hotel is not a western hotel, so do not expect a western hotel. If you can accept that then I think anyone would enjoy staying here. The view is absolutely fantastic and the location is very good. The hotel was comfortable, but most importantly I was treated exceptionally well during my stay. The food was excellent. the owners were extremely friendly. The staff were always attentive to my needs, very quick to assist with anything I needed and always had a smile during our interactions. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Leyte.

Very accomodating personnel. Worth ang stay with complementary breakfast. Ang pool is until 11 pm so okay sya for persons like us na mag enjoy og night swimming. Recommed kaau nice food and friendly ang owner . I also enjoy the bath tub with hot and cold shower..

Great resort to stay in Maasin. The friendly staff and owners make it more special. Excellent breakfast and lunch or dinner. Pool is good for swimming and a relaxing view over the ocean.

Big room with a bathtub. Clean and had a nice view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was also delicious.
Kinda far from the city center or stores but that's also good because there's no traffic noise.

The resort was good & clean, swimming pool & the rooms were clean & with complete amenities. The beach was ok coz the water was clear but it was low tide so we could not have a swim. The owner Mr & Mrs Cunning gave us a very warm welcome . She was a good cook too.
The food was delicious. All staff were so polite & accomodating.. Thank you so much. We have a lovely time.

I was here to book two bungalows for one night and celebrating my son's birthday.
Bungalows very nice, cool aircon, perfect bathroom. The pool in good mentainence, also a very nice restaurants place to look at the sea and sunset.
The staff very friendly, helpful, good english.
We got a very good catering for a ~25 person party, and our breakfast next morning was the best i ever had in Philippines.
Lot thanks to the owner Pascal and his wife, they gave us an unforgettable remembrance.

Great place! The villa near the pool was spacious and they were able to accommodate our last minute booking. The sunset view by the pool is picture perfect. Aircon was cold and their wifi was fast. Breakfast was great, the portions did not disappoint.

We were not able to enjoy the pool (they have 2 pools, 1 regular sized and 1 looks like a Jacuzzi) because Davie had fever the day we booked. But the pool looked clean and well maintained.

4 star hotel. Nice and clean rooms with mini bar inside. Free two bottled water, coffee and tea. The bed is comfortable. The toilet is clean also with hot shower and bath tub. Pool and ocean view at the balcony. I enjoyed my stay here, free breakfast and wow! It's very tasty. Would love to stay here again, it's very quiet too.

The place was very relaxing. We got their family room and it was very spacious and more than enough for 3adults and 1kid. The pool was small but enough for a summer dip. Breakfast was served in 15mins and they offer good variety, too. Only downside was the water heater in our room changes from hot to cold and back on it's own, and can scald if left on for too long. Everything is more than good. We will pick Caimito should we visit Maasin again. 👍👍

Food was good, the service was immaculate, and after a nice hot soak in the bathtub I had the best sleep in months! Highly recommend

This beach hotel is a hidden gem in Maasin City. Very clean, amazing staff and good food. Breakfast and dinner were eaten in our room, but there is a restuarant available on site, too. The Filipino breakfast is great. We really liked the milk fish for breakfast; and the fish soup "Tinola" dinner was excellent. This is our first time visiting my fiancee's family in Maasin City, and Caimito Beach Hotel made the visit extra special. We will be back!

Undoubtedly a fantastic hotel, can not fault anything about our stay. Staff are so friendly and accommodating,nothing is to much trouble for them.

We moved here from a previous hotel as we wernt happy there...Caimito was a great move,everything was clean and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Great sea views and pool also overlooks. Food was really nice and reasonably priced. Decided to stay longer as so nice. Will stay here next time I visit.

Small hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, great food, quiet and relaxing. Tidy pool area looking over sea with beautiful sunsets. Secure parking. Will no doubt visit again, thanks to Pascal and Eden for their hospitality.

Very good place to stay, excellent room, delicious food and served very quick, staff are friendly and nice, the owner is very good and very accommodating. Perfect jacuzzi and infinity pool, and nice beach as well... Quite place to relax, I would love to come back here and I highly recommend this place to everyone taking their vacations...

Awesome place! Great crew, accommodating, friendly and helpful. They always check if everything is okay. Owner even personally drived us back to town terminal for free when we checked out. He also accompanied us when we said we needed to buy pasalubong. Awesome guy and lovely family.

Very clean hotel. Manager very accommodating! Service staff very courteous and welcoming! Room clean, bath tub & comfort room very clean. Food tasty with lots of choices. Infinity pool very clean. Ocean view very stress relieving!

The best staycation cozy place in Southern Leyte. Not too crowded, beautiful sunset, if you want to have quality time with your family or friends, the long drive from the north is worth it.
