"Our 3-day trip to Singapore was truly memorable, thanks to FlydotCom Travel. Everything was flawless from the flight to the transfer most especially the hotel accommodation. During our stay at Singapore, we were able to tour the city very conveniently because the hotel is very near the bus station and a few minutes away from the mrt station. We were so happy that we purchased the travel deal because everything went great.

Kudos to Flydotcom travel agency. Sobrang thankful kami kasi na advice nyo kaagad kami na cancelled flight namin. Which is ung aking pinsan nagpabook sa other agency at di sila ininform ang na stranded lang sila sa airport. Anyway thank you for your earliest refund. Salamat talaga sa tulong na ginawa nyo ata napa bilis ang refund namin. Pang lima booking kona to skanila lagi ako satisfied. Highly recommended.

I strongly do not recommend people to this group of scammers! I and my friends have long planned for our Batanes vacation, hence sought their help, with duly payment and all, but ended up a disaster. Three days prior our trip, we were called telling us that our flight was being cancelled but in fact we weren't booked at all. Worse, until now we have not received our refund for the cancellation. It was such a waste of time dealing with their incompetence and lies!

Don’t book with these conniving SCAMMERS! What a headache to have this company as our travel agent when we went to the Philippines and other southeast asian countries. When we were in Bangkok, the temple/city tour was completely different from what we originally agreed upon. They booked our Palawan trip and last minute told us that we still have to pay for baggage fee which amounted to Php3000. We were supposed to have a refund since September, but up to now haven’t received any and they don’t answer phone calls, viber text, or email. The staff ( TEMS RAMOS and JOY TIMBOL) are very helpful and nice when convincing you to book, but once you book, the customer service just goes from good to instantly bad. FLYDOTCOM IS THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY WE EVER DEALT WITH!

December 26 was supposed to be a flight for vacation going to Cebu but to bad weather condition, we did not.... From PAL ticketing office, they were not able to give an assurance that we'll be re-book for the next day flight due to huge number of stranded passengers. So, we decided to make the flight cancelled. From Day 1- everything was conveyed to Fly Dot Com Travel agency, since this company arranged the travel/tour schedule. We were referred by PAL to coordinate with this travel agency. Again and again, everything has been conveyed with this travel agency over the phone( viber) and facebook messenger. Hotel accommodations has not been refunded. and as per travel agency, PAL will only refund one-way ticket for this travel... Until now, we were not able to receive any confirmation from TravelDotCom agency regarding the refund...

Wish through this remarks, management of the agency will still help me to resolve this issue in the soonest time.

This travel agency deserves no star at all, unprofessional staffs, super delayed refund. We booked a land arrangement to macau last august thinking that the tour would be hassle free. But we're wrong. The city tour screwed up since their driver could find the location of the hotel that they booked to us. So were asking for a refund and it took us 3 months to get the refund. We've paid 84,000 php for the hotel and tour they only gave us 9,923 php refund. And to think the hotel is 3 star only. We're asking to give us a higher refund and they cant do anything about it. So I dont highly recommend this travel agency! Don't be fooled.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. Giving one star just so I could post this review: if you’re considering getting yourself a nice deal on a trip from this place, DON’T. How dare this “agency” scam my family and I, waste our time, and take our hard-earned money as if we have all the money in the world to travel to the Philippines every year. How could this agency not be ashamed? We even went to their “office” which took an additional two hours and was CLOSED?? This agency has scammed a bunch of people of their money and wasted everyone’s time. It turns out this place closed their office after they collected money from people as the people next door said many people have tried to come to the office to complain for the same reason we have. My poor mother tried planning this trip for us. It seems this was a legitimate entity at some point, which explains these other reviews with a higher rating. You’ll see that later on in 2018, there were many disgruntled customers because they took everyone’s money and left to go into hiding. There are a ton of police complaints, so if you’re reading this flydotcom, WE WILL FIND YOU.

Zero rating for these bunch of scammers...do not waste your time and money for this travel agency... All other positive ratings were self made.. People on their face book account giving positive feesback ang reviews were all untrue

They already refunded us and said that there was a system glitch.i was able to contact the hotel which they said that we were supposed to stay...NO BOOKING WAS MADE...

Kung pwedeng no star, no star kayo sa amin! If you’re thinking of booking with this travel agency, i suggest to get a more reliable agency. We’ve booked our plane ticket and tour with them, thinking that things will be easier for us (and supposedly sana would cost us less). The tour that they booked for us was a no show! Just like with the other people who made their review here. So hindi lang pala kame ang biktima nila! They did not leave us with any contact number or what so ever with regards to the tour. So were had to book another on the spot tour. Na doble ang binayaran namin. Nung mag rerefund na kame, pahirapan na. Everyday, kailangan mo silang kulitin at kailangan mo pang makipag away para asikasuhin ka nila. Hindi ka nila kusang tatawagan para mag inform. Pero every time na makakausap mo sila sasabihin na iupdate ko po kayo today or update ko po kayo kaagad bukas. Umabot po kame sa point na kumusulta na kame ng lawyer dahil plano na namin silang sampahan ng kaso. Dun palang nila binalik yun pera. Pera na kalahati lang nung pangalawang tour na binayaran namin. Tapos ni walang proof kung yun ba talaga yun amount ng tour. Tinanggap na lang namin, para matapos na yun usapan dahil sobrang hirap kausap ng mga tao dito. Sa halip na napadali, napahirap at napagastos pa kame lalo. Poor customer service! Very unreliable travel agency! Lakas mag advertise nito sa FB. Ang bilis nila pag singilan. Pero palpak naman sila. Tapos hindi na nila alam pano mag trouble shoot.

Incompetent travel agent,sinungaling at mahilig gumawa ng kwento lalo na ai Christine Joy Timbol at Giezel Timbol..pls beware of this travel agent ng Flydotcom..i have proofs na sinungaling ang mga yan,they even pretended to be PAL representative na na cancel daw suppose to be na flight namin to Batanes,upon verifying with PAL,no flightf were cancelled and they cannot find our flight booking na binigay ni Giezel Timbol,in short wala sila nabook na flight namin and nagpanggap sila na PAL ang nag cancel..and now they are giving us a hard time para sa refund namin..iba iba na sinasabi ni Christine Joy Timbol,.sobrang stressed at hassle ginawa ng mga to sa suppose to be happy trip namin sa dream place namin na Batanes..i will never ever book a flight sa FLYDOTCOM,i dont wanna encounter people na ganyan magtrabaho..ongoing pa din ung refund namin,its beem weeks now at nganga..im considering filing a civil and criminal case sa kanila..so help me God.
