THAI ROYALE SPA, BALIBAGO, ANGELES BRANCH

I'll give them 5 stars. I love the place because it's so quiet inside with the relaxing music unlike with other spas where you hear the staff laughing and talking. Plus, the masseuse Gina is friendly (and also the receptionist Tala is nice too!) and she always check with me if she's giving me too much pressure or not. The spa isn't big but I like it. Clean and simple. I hope they'll operate for 24 hours someday.

From the minute I entered to the minute i left i was totally blown away. The spa is pretty new, clean and beautiful. Entering in is an instant feeling of calm. The treatments are all fantastic and it was hard to choose. I actually wanted to stay longer so I could fit in more treatments. I enjoyed the skillful massages and the knowledgable and friendly staff. I am beyond happy with the service and the whole idea of it. Felt so relaxed and recharged!

Value for money on combination package i avail! 499 for two services and total 2 hours of relaxation.. quiet and the masseuse is good for the pressure i need! Sure i will be back!

So love this place. I love the smell of the room, the music, masseuse Claudine was adorable. I even upgraded by package from 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs massage just because I enjoyed it so much.

Irritating attitude of receptionist. Male therapist disgustingly pricking pimple in the lobby mirror in front of customers. Male therapist instructed to prepare massage room but insist to let us wait as he is still pricking his pimple. When they instructed us to undress only 1 short was provided because their other shorts are still dirty and to be washed the following day. Receptionist repeatedly informing they are full yet both side of our supposed rooms are empty. Receptionist ask us to choose from menu but informed we can only have Swedish, Why offer to choose in the first place if Swedish is the only available service??? No uniform of staff, we were thingking they were also waiting guest in the lobby, later found out they are the therapist where us the guest should be seated while waiting. Avoid at all cost until proper training of customer service is provided to its staff.
