I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my wife and I had during our visit to Dr. Enriquez clinic.

Firstly, the secretary's behavior was extremely unprofessional. She portrayed a rude demeanor, acting as if she were the owner of the clinic. During our visit, she was frequently on her phone, seemingly disinterested in assisting patients. This behavior creates a negative impression and diminishes the overall quality of service.

The main concern, however, revolves around our interaction with Dr. Enriquez. My wife sought his help for a depression disorder evaluation, expecting a professional and empathetic approach. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite.

After the one-on-one session with my wife, the secretary called me, and I witnessed my wife in tears. Dr. Enriquez had made a highly inappropriate comment in a sarcastic tone, asking, "Ano yung mga pinag sasabi nito sinasaktan daw nya yung sarili nya?" Such a remark is not only insensitive but also completely unprofessional.

Moreover, when I explained the situation to Dr. Enriquez, his response was equally disconcerting. Instead of offering guidance or options for treatment, he bluntly asked, "What are your plans now?" This approach lacks the empathy and understanding one would expect from a mental health professional.

Our experience with Dr. Enriquez has left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. Seeking a doctor's help is meant to provide support and options, not to be met with sarcasm and a lack of compassion. I feel compelled to share our experience to caution others from potentially enduring the same distress.

Just had my check up yesterday because of my recurring headache, and unfortunately this doctor was the only available neurologist at that time, grabe lang napaka arrogant and he even said to me mas maganda daw na may aneurysm ako para daw yumaman sya. So unprofessional!
