The food and ambiance is great! The waiters are very accommodating and easy to call their attention. The food are really delicious, you really get what you paid for. The beers are below zero when served. If its not cold anymore, you can ask for ice or have it replaced as long as its still unopened.

Update: We ate here again on August 21, 2021. We ordered lechon kawali kare kare and lomi. Never disappointed us with the taste. Although the lomi didn't have any noodles, but it was full of bits of chicken, cabbage and carrots.

The menu here is like the greatest hits of Filipino food specific to this part of the country. It's done well, tastes good and relatively affordable. If you like pork parts and chicken innards, you'll love it here. What's great about this place is it isn't limited to BBQ standard fare. The kare-kare, fried chicken and gambas are all good.

They have a decent menu, reasonably priced and spacious dining area. There is also a function room where special occasions can be held. Perfect for group night-out.

"Tita" Ottei's Central Grill in Crossing, Angeles is one of my family's favorite bonding spots.
Their food is great. Their staff are all accommodating. The place is always full specially during the weekends.
Families and friends get-together with food and drinks.
We had:
🌮 Taco Salad - my son and Dad's favorite appetizer. This is what we typically call nachos. Own nachos are uniquely topped with greens, tomatoes, bell peppers, ground pork, cheese and drizzled with their very own sauce.
🍚 Special Fried Rice - can be ordered for 2, 3-4, or 5-6 people. The rice is sautéed with diced meat beaten eggs and garnishes. I can eat this without viand. It is that GOOD!
🐙 Spicy Squid with Tofu - our new fave. It's spice level can be handled even by those who does not a tongue for chili dishes.
🍤 Shrimp with Thai Sauce - Oh my goodness! 5 big shrimps tossed in sweet and sour Thai sauce. Will just make you lick your plate clean 😋
🍗 Fried Chicken - offered half or whole order.
We had fresh buco juice to drink, pops finished a bucket of iced-cold San Mig Light 🤭
Each served dish is good for 2 to 3 persons.

You can always come by and enjoy. Experience their greatness as a whole. They have a huge function halls, if you want to have more intimate or closed family gathering. Their set-up is pandemic ready, al fresco.

🍌My only recommendation is their restroom. 🍌

I often go here for late night meals especially their pasta. The ambience is good and the staffs are accomodating.

Otis is good for drinking sessions with friends before the pandemic, this place is usually full, but now you can somehow feel that has been changed since the pandemic. Hope to see this place back to its former glory.

The best grill and hangout area in Ilocos NORTE. Affordability at it's best! Must try their pitichan, sisig, sizzling corn and hotdog. If you are trying to have a reunion or Christmas party this is the right place for you...
