I want to publicise my positive experience.

It was simply the kindness, consideration and intelligent help that I received the other Saturday morning from Jeff on reception.

A top class guy who did more than could be expected to help me. St Catherine's are lucky to have him!

best ever opd hospital that i ever been to. nurses and doctors are very accomodating and friendly as well. 24 hours HMO service. 5 or more stars!

Special thanks to my OB, Dr. Love Lee Dacayanan-Gonzales. Since the first day na nalaman kong pregnant ako, until malabas ko si baby, super caring ni doc. Wala akong masabi. Ang saya ng every check ups at minimake sure lagi ni doc na nawawala yung worries ko. Thank you sa alaga doc! Safe at healthy kami ni baby sa hands mo. More power rin sa St. Cath at sa mga super friendly at hospitable na nurses and doctors!

Staff are accommodating. Lalo mga nurse, willing to help and every pasok sa room nag ggreet sila ng good morning or hello.
Information - 4/5 I called tapos nagmamadali sila. But nung iaadmit na ko sobrang nice nung lalaki na nag aassist samin.

10/5 Doctors - Dr. Kacy Umali Gomez was my surgeon and sobrang nice nya, every email inquiry she always responds, pag magkausap mo, she explains everything, sobrang malumanay magsalita.
Dr. Arceo, my anesthesiologist - was also very nice. Nag apologize sya nung nagka-misunderstanding sa sched but everything went well.
5/5 Cost - I was very luck to be able to use my Philhealth and HMO card which is Maxicare.

Everything went smoothly during my operation. Sobrang worth it. No regrets!!!

Nurses in Nicu are so unprofessional. You should be aware how expensive my daughter's milk and yet you are irresponsible. See how hard the milk is? I'm so effin mad 😡 😡 😡 right now!!!

worst service, nurse, everything slow, they dont want work well.
if hospitalize a patient, you will be the one who check the drugs in IV whole days even midnight. because the nurse always excuse that many patients here. they dont worry even airs going inside to body or not.
this hospital can’t give a good service to all patients.
yeah. this is my bad. i shouldnt come here.
and when you get out from hospital, you have to wait 5hours for a process and bill.
at this time, they living in stone age.
