Mercury Drug Sto. Cristo Branch

Shocked at the number of negative reviews. I've always lucked out coming here. I've had an average wait time, around 3-4 people ahead of me. Never went through the drive-thru, though. Staff had always been pleasant to me. No bad experiences so far. This was also the 1st Mercury location to offer that tie-up with Maya where you got extra points for paying

Spacious drugstore...although very slow service, similar with other branches here in Pampanga.

one male staff arogantly replied " pinagbigyan ko na lang kayo" with my prescription (old). i said this is my maintenance medicine.

This Mercury branch should close their Drive Thru if they cannot give at least an average service. Happens majority of the time here. The line and waiting time is the worst. One staff only at the counter who cannot even understand the name of some meds.
What a drug store. Waiting time of almost an hour, is this your kind of drive thru for fast customer service? 👎👎👎👎👎

1 hour or more sa drive thru. Super understaffed sila dito and mukhang walang pake ang management. This is the worst mercury drug I’ve ever seen.

The service is very slow you need a lot of patience

Very very slow services.. Especially the male staff. Hindi mahanap ung gamot kaya hindi sinama sa mga kailangan namin.. much worst, senior ang bibili pero pinaghihintay ng matagal.. it took 1 hr for us to have our order... Not well recommended. Trainings are needed for them.

Went here to buy meds but upon entering pa lang sa drive thru haba na ng pila so went inside instead. Was number 35 on the queue, then after matawag ng 34 was waiting for my turn. Then one of their male staff called number 28 so lumapit na aq and told him number 35 na but HE IGNORED ME instead tinawag pa nya number 29,30,31 and so on. Kept telling him 35 na. Waiting time para maserve ka nila took 45mins. Then pwede naman pala magbayad sa front cashier ipinila pa sa loob ung isang gamot na binili q. So I asked the staff if I could pay mine sa cashier malapit sa entrance dahil sobrang tagal. Then pagdating sa cashier sa entrance and tagal din. Worst service ever. I won't recommend buying here qng kulang pacenca mo kase mauubos talaga pacenxa mo kahit gaano pa kahaba.

Sobrang bagal ng service nila. ke drive thru or bumaba ka.
