Yum! A cute and cozy place to eat after a run in Marikina Sports Center. Delicious food, sulit sa price. Grilled pampano 💯😋🤤

We chose this place to be our simple Wedding reception(36 pax). Pandecielo did not fail to give us the best food service and venue with complete décor. Our guests really love their Menu and the Food is amazing. Their lovely Décor and back drafts is worthy of taking pictures and IG-enough. Good job to the management and crew. We will visit this place again for small gatherings.

The best food in Marikina for bicolanos who miss their heritage.

What I like most is the variety of dishes they have. I think they pushed to spread their menu to showcase dishes covering the entire Bicol region.

We ordered several food, and the price was around 150-250 per dish. We didn't expect that this pricing could feed 5 hungry men.

We are extremely satisfied and will definitely go back.

Inexpensive yet quality food and service!!!

If you're a dessert person, this is not a good place to go, since they only serve Ice cream for dessert. But if you loooove meat viands, you won't go wrong with this restaurant!!

Their lechon kawali is one of the best I've ever tasted! Their freshly made sambal sauce is also yummy!

Clean and cozy ambiance. Open air. Extensive menu. Huge portion size good for sharing. Value for money. Everything we ordered was yummy and satisfying!

Nilagang baka was tender. Chicken wings had a light crunch. Laing with danggit was flavorful.

Restaurant is on a busy intersection so the street noise can sometimes be loud (but still tolerable).

The atmosphere at Pandecielo was one of a kind. It would be the restaurant to go to when you have a good day, and even at the ones that are not so much. The prices of the food are justifiable for how tasty they are.

I went with my girlfriend and we both ate the T-Bone steak, the thin option (there are two options, thin and thick cut), and it set us back at about P578 (P239 each.) The taste of the beef was so good considering the seasonings that were used was only salt and pepper. It was so succulent and tender. The sides that came with it was plain rice and mixed veggies (there are three options for sides; coleslaw, mixed veggies, and a very interesting one, laing.) Along with the sides, there was a very rich and umami gravy that paired really well with the steaks.

There are many other dishes and cuisines in the resto from ulams, pastas, soups, desserts, italian cuisine and more. We tried the T-Bone steak as it was the most interesting to us. We will be coming back soon!

I never write reviews but I had to make an exception. The four-cheese bangus and sisig special were amazing. Will definitely come back!

Affordable classic resto in the middle of this wonderful city. Lots of varieties on menu with their many-flavored ice cream. Observes health protocols and kind staff. A must-try indeed.

It was our first time dining here. Reserved a room for my son's birthday. And we were not disappointed! The food is superb and the prices are reasonable. The place is also cozy. The service was a little slow, but maybe there were fewer staff for that many diners. Regardless, the crew are nice and accommodating. We will celebrate here more often, for sure!

Affordable food, the ambiance is cozy and homey. Definitely recommended! What you see here is Kinalas. Their Kare-kare is also bomb.

We've love the selections of Ice Cream - Pint of your choice and wildest dreams. Glad they've partnered with the Best Ice Cream brand. We enjoyed the Ice Cream experience, own ice cream scooper and small cup and spoon. They also serve a pitcher water with that.

Really good food at utterly reasonable prices. For example, the crispy kare kare is only P169. The serving's decent, and it comes with rice. The bicol express is really yummy, and it cost around P150 something only. The owner herself will serve you, and the staff are all friendly.
