Very accommodating staff! (I forgot the name of the one who assisted us, though.) He happily answered our questions regarding their products. He knows the products really well. He also provided us with options so that we could choose what’s best for our needs. He accommodated us all the way through.

When shopping for items for the home, I highly suggest the Uratex Marikina Showroom. What I appreciate best about them is their exceptional customer service, which they give in addition to their wide range of variation and availability. Mr. Angelo, one of the employees, was kind enough to help us. He conducts himself in complete knowledge of his actions. He always provided us with options so we could decide which was best for our living circumstances and preference. With patience, he goes on to fully describe the product. Furthermore, he helped us all the way through. Every employee is courteous and optimistic. The Uratex Marikina Showroom is something I'm looking forward to experiencing further. Amazing service, for sure!

Had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday. I must say it was an incredible shopping experience. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Von for his genuine willingness to assist and for going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. When I showed him my receipt with a discrepancy regarding a discount that was supposed to be applied, he took immediate action and brought it to the cashier's attention. They not only rectified the error promptly but also ensured that I received the correct discount (P400+). I left the store feeling not only satisfied with my purchases but also deeply appreciative of its staff's efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone seeking a shopping experience that goes beyond expectations.

One of my favorite places to shop furnitures but they offer beds, mattresses, pillows, and bed toppers best. They have a lot of variation for your bedroom needs. System is very smooth when paying for your orders. They have a spacious parking lot. We will definitely come back whenever we need more pillows and other home needs.
