Town & Country Executive Village Kaimito Avenue Park

Built in 2007, this park is a 200-meter long strip of land along Kaimito Ave. It hosts several playgrounds and a series of benches, tables, and trees. In the middle is a nipa hut to relax. Renovated in 2019 to add a better drainage system.

Town & Country Executive Village is one of the most friendly neighborhood I've been, people are very kind and always have a helping hand ❤

I attempts to be a high level subdivision but it fails. It like most of all subdivisions fails to put into place rules and regulations that would help maintain the social status that they are trying to project to the general public. Security is a joke. Just have to say a street name and they let you in
Many homeowners have zero pride in their homes. They look like squatters.
Of course all these problems are the fault of the HOA because it’s their job to see that things are good for everyone not just their social circles.
