wide Hospital Parking ..The Hospital Staffs are very kind, thank you very much to the nurses and especially to Doctor Galicia who gave birth to my Daughter...Thank you very much to God because both mother and son are healthy. At first I was worried because I was not allowed to be next to my daughter who is giving birth. But just trust the Doctors and Nurses because they will take care of your child.. Especially God.
I will Give 5 Stars Highly Recommended Hospital .

My ears were pierced by accident by my mom, and it bled all day. Finally, at around nine o'clock at night, my mother requested me to go to the hospital.

We headed to the emergency room right away, and I was hoping they would help me right away. However, the nurse chastised me as though I was at fault and constantly brought up her daughter allowing him to clean her ears.

I know you love your kid, but can you help me right now? He keeps bringing up her daughter, like, man.

Yes, I am the patient. :)

After one hour of waiting, they finally called my name. Other people who arrive before us get to be called first just because they are friends with the nurses.

And the attitude is unbearable, we are just asking why are names having called yet, but they replied to us as they are busy as well?

Now comes to surgery at removing my cyst, the doctor put a anesthetic, but not a seconds later he immediately started the surgery without even the full affect of the anesthetic.

The surgery is painful as hell that I cried, then the nurse ask me on why am I crying. Well, you should know the reason why I'm crying because you are the nurse!!

Overall, the attitudes incredibly rude and poor service. I'll rate it a one star..

They do not deserve any stars at all but I don’t get a choice. My dad was admitted last night (May 10, 2022) at 2300 at this hospital. My dad suffered from chest pain for over three days before he was admitted to this place. When the ambulance arrived at this location, my dad and my brother waited outside the hospital for three full hours, we were told to wait due to Covid protocols. My dad’s continued to suffer and none of them gave him any attention. At last, at 1 AM in the morning, they have finally given us a shareable room with three different families in the room. My dad was given oxygen and some medicine that supposed to make him feel better. Apparently, the meds weren’t working so they gave him again around 3 or 4 in the morning. We kept asking what kind of medicine have they been giving my dad because obviously it is not working.
They sent him for his first Xray and we were told that nothing was found. They told us they are going to do a blood work that has been requested since the time of our arrival yet we were told that no request has been requested. My dad has been exhausted, he was tired, he was in so much pain. He was weak and hungry. They wouldn’t let him drink or eat at all due to blood work procedure. This damn blood work took forever for them to take from my dad.

I was not there physically, but I was on video camera with my brother who was with my dad since the time my dad was admitted. I have witnessed has brutal this hospital treated my dad. They do not have any compassion for their patients. We were told that we are not supposed to bother them. They have locked the doors so that no one can get out from that room. They have given us a phone number to call ONLY FOR EMERGENCY! What does your company considered to be called EMERGENCY? My dad was begging y’all for help but no one had listen.

09:30 in the morning of May 11, 2022, my dad was unconscious, this is the only time the nurses came to help. The time they came to revive my dad… he was already gone. They have spent almost 1.5 hrs to revived him when they could have used that time to help him when he was still breathing. This hospital focuses on wrong priorities. Bayambang hospital deserves better nurses and doctors who are more compassionate and dedicated to their co-citizens. Y’all disgust me!! 😡😡😡

It’s sad that my dad had to leave this world treated unfairly…. 🥀

This hospital is hell...there dr is too bad no manners,tama ba naman na sabihin sa pamangkin ko na econfine sya sa funerarya,what the hell,dr Kathleen,tama ba na sabihin mo sa pasyente mo na iconfine mo sa funerarya?gawain ba ng matinong dr yan?dr wak wak ka lang yata ei,isa huminge ng resita pamangkin ko,hindi mo neresitahan,at punagalitan mo pa...galing ng dr kathleen na yan ah,kababaing dr,abnormal naman ang paiisip
