They have a great service. excellent, delicious foods. amazing location and spotlessly clean hotel. But the wifi kept on breaking up that's why logging in is required every time.

Great place to go and vacation. You can spend quality time here while waiting for a ferry and the breakfast is delicious.

The service was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, so I was able to easily explore the city and all its attractions. I would definitely recommend Hotel Tavern Surigao to anyone looking for a place to stay in Surigao.

The hotel has a nice view of the ocean. The place is spacious and clean where you can really relax. They have delicious foods, accommodating staff and good service. It is also an accessible location especially when travelling by ferry.

Last May 26, 2023, My wife and my mother-in-law attended a Grand Reunion of Nonoc Island former residents (parents, workers and students). We tagged-along my brother-in law, so the four of us booked for an overnight stay in this Hotel. We took the seaview room with balcony to have nostalgic view of Nonoc Island which is just across. Room was just perfect, customer service was superb, location is awesome and parking is tops. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. Beside the hotel, just a few steps away is a restaurant where you can dine and chill at night. It's also a great experience walking along the Boulevard at night and check on the market and bar activities. Make sure to call for reservation ahead of time so you can pick which accommodation suits you best. Look for AUBREY when booking. She is nothing but spectular in dealing with clients over the phone, through chat, email and in person. Thank you Hotel Tavern for taking care of my family. We will definitely see you again on our future trips in Surigao City. Keep up the good work and all the best!

The hotel has spacious parking and the rooms are clean. The staff were very helpful and the entrance is disabled friendly. There is also an elevator which was a plus for us since my mom is a pwd. Complimentary breakfast was good and the servers were accommodating to bring us our food. Chose this hotel from several reviews we saw and this had the best reviews!

Stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days with my friends. It was our dream getaway after saving up for our palawan trip! It was a great stay clean and comfy with affordable rates! Highly recommended.
