Zen Hotel

So we're on a family vacation last December from California and we tried this hotel which is in the middle of the city. We were very impressed that it's really nice and clean. I can compare it to the Sheraton's or Marriot's back it the US for 1/3-1/4 the price. Amenities are great and the staff are so nice. If we ever go back for vacation again we will highly consider staying on this place.

Excellent service for 3 star hotel. All staff are friendly. It has buffet breakfast and mini and colorful pool for kids.

My stay here was memorable. The guards was courteous, always greeted the guests with a smile. All of the staff, from the guards, front desks attendant and housekeeping were all kind. I love the smell of the room. Not too strong. The mattresses were clean.

Amenities 4.5/5 with hot and cold shower, just the towel is worn out and old. Includes towel, toiletries. With complimentary water too. Good wifi connection, with A/C and television.

Very convenient hotel situated at Santiago City's main thoroughfare. Native breakfast is well-balanced and quite filling. It's bottomless coffee!

What's more? Lots of staff to assist the guests, and they are fast and very very accommodating!!!

I have stayed with various hotels at isabela so far Zen hotel is one of the better choices at isabela.

Bathroom and hallway shows the age of the establishment but doesn't diminish the overall experience.

A very great place, accommodating staff, fast internet.. I have stayed with various hotels at isabela so far Zen hotel is one of the better choices at Isabela.

The staff are very attentive, helpful and made our stay enjoyable - from Front Desk, housekeeping, foodservice and security are exceptional. They made my husband's swimming pool party a success with our families and friends. Complimentary breakfast buffet was served everyday fresh and menus are well planned (lots of veggies and protein). Competitively priced and well maintained. We will be back next year!!

From a very affordable price you get much...the room itself was more than what you expect from it price! From a big led tv, digital tv box (which has more english chanenels to choose from), nice and cold aircondition...the cleanliness, linens/beddings, towels were all thumbs-up...and also it include a complimentary breakfast which surely you will enjoy...

Reasonable price. Clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food! Try their calamansi cucumber shake! Also the fresh lumpia with peanut sauce and pakbet with bagnet. With WiFi. With hot and cold shower. With cable tv. With small swimming pool more for soaking really than swimming. Weak mobile signal for Smart and Globe (which is not the hotel’s fault).

The place is cozy. Ambiance is so relaxing. The staff are very accomodating. The swimming pool adds attraction. If only I knew there is pool, I should have brought swimwear.

Clean rooms with fluffy pillows. Would have been great if rooms have closets for storage. Great food. Try their crispy sisig, roadside bbq or baby back ribs.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, very welcoming atmosphere , nice people from the security guards, front desk staff, servers, and house keepers. and most of all, The location is convenient to mostly everything.
