3K Hotel

I really enjoyed our stay here. In really love the pool, the design of the hotel. Its aesthetic design is so calming. You can really have a relaxing stay here. The staffs were all polite.

This is a wonderful budget hotel in the center of Santiago. They are "budget" in price but many of the amenities offered surpassed my expectations for this price point. They have comfortable mattresses and quality pillows, flat screen tv with many channels, hooks and wooden hangers, luggage racks, full length mirror and a spacious bathroom with good water pressure and consistent hot water. They offer single rooms that are compact, but still have all the amenities mentioned above and are a great price at 850 pesos a night. If you need a more spacious room the deluxe rooms are considerably larger. Some rooms do not have windows, but rooms with windows are available on request. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered next day laundry services by the kilo. They have a swimming pool that is under construction. I believe it will be quite beautiful when it is finished.

It was my 2nd stay in this hotel and it still lives up to my standards. Best for single occpancy and for short stays, like when you're on a fieldwork for a meeting in Santiago. Compact yet clean, nice fixtures, and relatively cheap. Highly recommended!

Bright lights, tables for baggages, cable tv, strong air-conditioning, adequate water pressure, clean linens, covenient hangers and racks, comfortable bed, excellent room service, and good slippers for borrowing . Primarily made for clients with vehicles as the concierge is at the back viewing the parking. Walk-ins have to pass thru a maze of shelves, seats and tables of their convenience store or thru the salon to get to the front. Good location near bus stations and tricycle rides. Good restaurant at the back too. But no outside food, you eat out or dine there by room service or their back restaurant. Environment-conscious hotel. Clear printed and laminated evacuation guide, room service menu, spa service and plea for reduced laundry. Concierge always greets you as you enter. It is a certified 2-star hotel but feels like a 3-star and looks like a 4-star.
