Nabunturan Doctors Hospital, Inc.

My husband was admitted overnight in this hospital and by far it is the worst hospital I've ever seen. (1) Cleanliness in this place is at the bottom of their priorities. Cobwebs on the ceiling, grimey bathroom, bathroom sink out of order and so dirty you will be afraid to catch another disease there. Cabinets are so dusty, under the bed is full of cobwebs, rust and dust too. Their janitor "cleaned" the room the next day but did not even bother to do so in the bathroom. What kind of cleaning is that??; (2) The service there is horrible. Although i would say to the nurses they are friendly but they seriously need seminars or training on how to take care of patients. If my husband didn't complain about how terrible their service is, we would bot experience the nurses checking on my husband's well being (temperature, blood pressure, etc.), you have to follow up almost everything to get things done. Like for instance, we informed them we wanted to check out of the hospital but they did not attend to our bills right away. You have to follow up how's the bill going before they attend to it. The hospital doesn't seem to have a proper protocol in place to make all their services acceptable or even up to standard. (3) Their food omg, they serve canned foods?? Seriously? Isn't it supposed to be healthy cooked meals at the hospital for the patients?? (4) we were in the private room but could not even provide us with blankets, the food served to us was without utensils. They're expecting us to bring it with us (by the way, we were at the hospital just for check up but ended up gettig admitted so we were totally unprepared on what to bring), aren't these things supposed to be included in the private room? Or even the ward smh. We requested for a blanket and was told they don't have it. The water also is beig shut down every few hours. Why is a simple matter of having clean water in the hospital even difficult?? I had to go to the nurse station every few hours to ask them to turn on thr water. MY GOD!!!! what kind of hospital is this??? And they have the gall to even include in their bill miscellaneous, nurse, and hospital fees really????
If you are sick I'm begging you, don't go to that hospital ever!
