McDonald's Pili Camsur

I was amazed by the place, it was really cold morning and kinda aesthetic. The staff, crew, cashier,guards are really nice. The food is good, well serve. Love it!

I love the vibes of this store, probably my favorite McDonald's branch! The ambiance, the crew, the location itself, with the view of Mt. Isarog, so peaceful. Specially the crew there, they are so OC! I love the interior, the color of the furniture, everything in this branch in Pili, CamSur.

Even tho there's a little of of crowd when we got here they stil managed to serve our food fast. And I don't know with the branches outside the Metro, it just feel better haha

We went there at an early hour to eat breakfast. They have a nice spot and ample of parking space. I've dined in at this location for a couple of times now and if there's no enough sitting inside, they're doing an al fresco dining near the parking area.

We had a quick stop for breakfast since we left Legazpi City at dawn. Service were quick and the staff were polite and attended to our orders promptly. Very spacious interior with restroom. Accessible location with parking space for customers.

Since the pandemic, they have been following protocols like sanitizing and getting the body temp before entering. You also need to fill up a small form indicating your name, address, contact number and the date and time you visited the place. The crews are approachable and you don't need to wait in the waiting area. Instead, they will give you a number and serve your food on your chosen table. 😇
Aside from that, the strategic location is very good.

Food was good and hot. Just a little uncertainty on the part of the staff when asked about table service. Perhaps they were just a little flustered by the big foreigner.

It's been 2 years since last I dine-in here, and changed my review now from 4 to 5 stars since you served a freshly cooked fries compared to the fries you served me 2 years ago. Their location is a perfect stop for travellers. The place is greatly maintained and their comfort rooms is very clean, and has an adequate amount of tissues. So far one of my favourite and biggest Mcdo branch I've eaten. Keep it up!

My favorite McDonald's whenever we are travelling from Bicol to Manila. Just the right place to stop when I feel sleepy. They got the right coffee.

Go-to especially for late night cravings since it's open 24/7 unlike other fastfood chains nearby.

Good place they have good parking and accommodating staff

Nice branch with kiosks with working payment terminals, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, drive thru, and a great view behind at the parking lot to boot!

Best for seminar gatherings.

Probably the best McDonald's branch I've dined in that's not in NCR or Metro Manila. It exceeds most of the standards McDonald's usually offers. The place is modern-- they have touch screen technology when ordering your food. Overall, considering the customer turnover rate, the place is tidy and clean. The food is quickly served and fresh unlike in other branches where french fries sometimes are soggy and seems old.
