While the location of Cara Resort in Pili, Camarines Sur is beautiful, our experience was quite disappointing. The cottages they offered were uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were not clean. To make matters worse, they were unable to accommodate what they promised earlier, and they didn't have a place to cook despite saying otherwise. Fortunately, since we will be having a camping activity the next day we are able to pitch our tents and slept there. Although we appreciate the effort of the staff, we suggest that they should improve their services and facilities to meet the expectations of their guests.
