Old Fabrica Elementary School

It is the symbol of my childhood and where I first learn how to read and how to write.
This school is located at the foot of Kanlaon volcano, thus whenever there is volcanic activities classes are suspended.
Students of this school usually came from remote areas and usually walk a couple of miles everyday to attend to school,sometimes worsen by weather condition.
Throughout time, means of transportation has progressed and the number of professional and successful alumni increases. Thanks to road improvement and most of all to the untiring effort of benevolent teachers here.

Diverse colors of foliage are startling and the verdant trees seemingly marching towards the summit are mesmerizing.
