Currently living here, walkable distance from Banks, Hospitals, Groceries, Cinema, and Fast Food Joints. Only cons are limited parking space, social space like halls, and very limited gym. Aside from those, everything is great. 👍 Just hope all the building would be done building soon.

This condominum is very accessible to almost everything like hospitals,grocery stores etc. If you like also a clean and quiet place to live in Marikina, you've found the right place.

I had a worth and great choice of living here.
Billiard table, swimming pool, all for free for residents. And friendly awesome security guards.

Location is good it is close to everything. Market, restaurants, SnR is in front and Marikina Valley hospital is beside it.

There is no place like home....everytime i am in marikina, dito kami lagi with my family!!!! Sana sa TOLEDO tower ako maka tiyempo minsan kasi its very accessible!!!
