Mandaluyong City Hall

I recently moved to Canada and it is only now that I have settled my property taxes properly. This is all mostly with help from Ms. Ella Santos. I was able to gather all the information needed and pay on time while I am out of country. Thank you again, Ms. Ella.

I had a few transactions in the new Mandaluyong City Hall which includes getting a cedula, applying business permit & arranging papers for my marriage. I can say that I am happy with the service that I received. The building is generally neat & clean. And importantly, it is comfortable because of the efficient air conditioning.
Update: I have visited again, unfortunately for family members’ death certificates. Still the city hall did not disappoint.

Clean sorroundings and a disciplined community. They have fast service, my transaction took me only less than five minutes, from Assesors Office to the Cashier for the payment of my Aunt's amilyar. All government offices of the City of Mandaluyong were located inside the compound so no need to travel if you have another transactions. The police station of Mandaluyong was located here also. Kudos to all.

Came in at 4pm to pay my real estate tax. Based on my experience, sobrang bilis lang.

Of course, it might vary depending on the time that you came.

If you ask the staff nicely, they would respond in a friendly manner as well.

People here are courteous and polite. Fast and lovable service. Parking is hard to find as there are few slots only. Ongoing construction can be seen hope it can also serve parking for the future.

Employees are very helpful

The facility is clean and security is a priority. Health safety protocols are strictly implemented. The cashier windows are manned enough to provide faster transactions. Good ambience inside the building.

My city hall! Air-conditioned and the municipal staffs are very helpful and will assist you all the way!

Guards are very friendly and accommodating, despite the pandemic happening. Hearing sessions are done quick and in an organized manner. Not hard to find the rooms as they have labels. There are benches provided for those who are waiting.

Very clean and efficient. The staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. My mom, grandmother and myself came for the 2nd booster of COVID-19.
