I would totally recommend the restaurant. Nice terrace in the beachfront and delicious food (but of course super slow service like in every single restaurant in philippines). But the pension is just horrible. The bathrooms are super dirty, almost no water flows from the showers,and the rooms are super small. Of course, the place was super cheap.
