LTO Morong District Office

All the LTO staff I have interacted with were courteous and helpful. The office is spacious and it's a welcome change (for me, at least) to be inside a government office that's surrounded with the beauty of nature. There is ample parking space which is ideal for its nature of business. Getting a vehicle registered is simple and easy as compared to the previous branch I went to. (photo is from September 2019)

Place where you can renew your car, motorcycle, license without problem or long line.

One of the most fastest branch of LTO, in less than 2 hours my son got his Student Permit. Good Job!

Sa lahat ng napuntahan kong LTO branch itong branch na to ang best for me, napaka approachable ng mga employees and yung guard na naka duty knina sa entrance lahat ng tanong nasasagot nya ng tama and inaassist nya ng maayos ang mga tao na lumalapit sa kanya. 10star 👍

Pinaka mabilis at pinaka maayos kausap walang halong kung ano mang delayed etc.. Excellent Job thankyou!!

Mabilis process and accommodating yung staffs

Wala pang trenta minutos ang parehistro ng motor ko dito. Suggest ko lang magpemission na kayo sa labas/ sa iba. Wag sa tabi ng lto. napakatagal 3 oras ako nagantay. Pag kompleto na kayo ng insurance at emission derecho na kayo stencil. Tas window 7 at antay lang ng tawag sa window 5

This branch does not cater DL that we're not "finalized" they said. That it needs to contact the head branch of LTO, which they can also do that in their end. Poor service

Not organized. Step by step lang naman pero pinapahaba ng turuan san next pupunta. Yung guard tuloy feeling entitled na. Kapag kinausap mo ng maayos, feeling mo galit lagi sayo panay cellphone pa. Hindi maayos kausap parang hindi gobyerno ang nagpapatakbo sa LTO.

I strongly suggest sa LTO Morong maglagay kayo ng customer service kung ganyan. Alam ko kulang kayo sa tao pero kahit isa lang na CSR sa front desk wag nyo paharapin yung guard sa lahat ng steps and process or maglagay kayo ng step by step directions sa harap. Marunong pong magbasa ang tao. Hindi po yung papunthin nyo sa exam process walang mag-assist, same thing sa drive test. Need mo pang balikan sa ofc para mag follow up kung nasan na mag-aassist.

Since may auto email na sinsend sayo kung nasang step ka na, sabi sa email bayaran ko sa cashier. Since wala naman nag ff up ng step. Pinuntahan ko sa cashier. Naku yung cashier sabi wala daw po silang email process. What? kung di ko sinabi na hello po nasubmit ko na po yung requirements sa 1st window hindi pa nya marerealized na, ay Applicant po pala kayo. Opo. then yung paper ko na need nila e submit sa cashier, naka tengga sa Window4 sa ibabaw ng table.

Again, LTO Morong wag nyo pong gawing uncivilized ang mga tao. Dinayo ko pa kayo kasi alam ko mabilis ang process nyo sabi ng mga feedbacks. Bukod sa di maganda facilities nyo, pls be organized next time. Wag po kayo magbingi bingihan. Salamat.

Another worst Government branch. Lalo sa emission nila. Bawal walk in daw pero ang daming nakaka singit na may kakilala or pinasok ng mga Tao sa Insurance. LTO CHIEF GISING!
