One of the best place to go to when you are in Baguio City. It has a very picturesque view of the mountains. You will be in awe when you get to be at the viewing deck. There are also horse back riding picture taking area, many flowers and fruit stalls and a bunch of pasalubong centers. Their restrooms are also well maintained. It's clean. You have to pay P8 pesos for the maintenance of the restrooms.

Pretty much the same view you can get from any high point in Baguio. There are a few decent places to grab a quick snack and personally I like the little souvenir shops. Also I went with a couple of local friends which made it a whole lot more interesting and pleasant.

Breathtaking views. Refreshing. The entrance is only 10pesos each head. There is some horses that you can set on and take a photo which is I didn't do cuz I feel sad to the horse. They also not look happy. Lots of flowers for sale in affordable price. Perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing.

Entrance is P10. The view is nice. Lots of pasalubong shops. You can rent Igorot costume to take pictures for P50. There're fancy horses to take pictures as well.

Sunrise and sunset is a must experience here. We visited this on a normal weekday, and there's still a couple of people so expect huge crowd on weekends specially on holidays.

Also a classic spot for us. I've been here for a lot of times since I was kid and it still has the same feels.

The car parking is free but very limited, parking attendant will assist you.
You can also park on private places nearby but you will be ask to pay 100 pesos.

10peso entrance fee for the park.
Great view, a lot of souvenir/pasalubong shop and you can rent an igorot outfit for 50pesos.

Mines View Observation Deck is another tourist attraction in Baguio City. The entrance fee is just 10 pesos and you can have the view that you can take photos of. They have a lot of stalls that you can choose from that offer different kinds of souvenirs, plants, food packs, clothes, and other pasalubongs. They also have a St Bernard dog that you can take photos of but with a price. They also have ponies that you can ride just for a photo of. Just outside of it are different stores where you can also buy your souvenirs.

There are several restaurants and souvenir shops along the street just outside the entrance to the park. Upon entering one must traverse a narrow downward path with a couple different routes, through a lively marketplace of vendors selling ornamental and small fruit producing plants, herbs and other such items. The view from the observation deck is spectacular; it is exactly the unfettered view of Baguio one is persistently trying to attain when traveling in and around the city.

Last visit here was more than decade ago, and it has improved a lot: much cleaner, wider and clearer path ways, more organized/orderly sections now compared to before. It might be the case for us as we visited during weekday morning (~10am) so there wasn't much of a crowd and parking was not a problem.

Very beautiful place. Make sure to have grippy shoes, because it is easy to fall here. For those with weak knees, bring a walking stick as some steps are steep.

A very nice view scenery on Mt top that you sometimes almost touch or feel the breeze of the haze, a fog or a cloud within your reach on sunrise and sunset.

If you are a plantito like me, this is a great place to go. Lots of cheap stores that sells live, healthy plants and seeds. There's also a variety of souvenir shops. The entrance fee is super cheap and the view at the top is breathtaking. You can also wear native attire here. Just be mindful that lots of people also visit.

There's a pretty view of the valley from here. There are a few photo ops with people and costumes or sitting on horses also. Several vendors are selling souvenirs and street food.

Breathtakingly beautiful, especially when the clouds are resting where we're walking! Lots of building, hope it doesn't overcrowd

This iconic view is quite special in the Philippines, since most of the areas are coastal with low elevation. If you're a foreigner like me and used to live in mountainous places, the view from this park may not be so amazing. But this remains one of the hottest destinations for tourists and will be for decades. Try taking pictures with one of the ponies or saint bernards. Buy some ube jam as a pasalubong for your friends back home. By visiting this place, I'm sure you'd also have a chance to learn what feels local and special for Filipino tourists just as I did.

Visiting Mines View Observation Deck is a must for anyone traveling to Baguio. The breathtaking views and the opportunity to engage with the local culture are definite highlights. However, the crowds and pushy vendors can be a downside, so it's best to go early in the day to enjoy a more peaceful experience.

Pros:

Scenic Views: The main highlight of Mines View Observation Deck is, of course, the stunning panoramic view of the mining town of Itogon and the surrounding Cordillera mountains. The sight of the mining town nestled amidst the mountains is truly captivating and provides ample photo opportunities.

Cultural Experience: Mines View is a great place to immerse yourself in the local culture. You can rent traditional Cordillera attire and have your photos taken in them, which adds a unique cultural dimension to your visit.

Souvenir Shopping: The adjacent souvenir shops offer a wide variety of locally made handicrafts, jewelry, and other souvenirs. It's a good place to pick up gifts or keepsakes to remember your trip by.

Food Options: There are stalls selling local snacks and refreshments, allowing you to enjoy some refreshments while taking in the view.

Cons:

Crowded and Commercialized: Mines View Observation Deck can get extremely crowded, especially during peak tourist seasons. The commercialization of the area can sometimes detract from the natural beauty of the place.

Pushy Vendors: While the souvenir shops offer a diverse range of products, some vendors can be quite persistent and pushy, which can be off-putting for visitors who prefer a more relaxed shopping experience.

Limited Parking: Finding parking nearby can be a challenge, especially during busy times, which can be frustrating for those traveling by car.

Limited Amenities: The observation deck lacks modern amenities, such as restroom facilities, so visitors should plan accordingly.

Amazing views, we went when there was a little cloud but still got a chance to see a lot.
Very busy area, so go early if you want to avoid the rush and also get a place to park your vehicle
