Staffs are very accommodating. Though there are times that you have to be patient and longer before your cue number will be called.

Guards are very helpful. Office is very clean, airconed, and pag ibig staff helpful too. Able to do my transaction fast.

Mabait ang mga staff at mga guards. Pero kaunti empleyado kaya mahaba pila lagi. Madalas 1-2 windows lang ang open.

We went there yesterday to pay for MP2 before 5 PM, however, we were not able to do so as the guard told us that payment is only until 4PM. I’m a little bit dissapointed ‘coz office hours is until 5PM. I think it’s better if they can accommodate ‘til 5PM or inform the public that payment is only until 4PM.
