I’ve never been fond of the market but I always look forward to exploring Baguio City Market. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh. Vendors themselves would offer items at a lower price. Strawberries marked at P200 would be given at P180. Souvenirs are plenty to choose from and at a good bargain! 12 pieces key chains for only P100!

It's a great place to go if you are going to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. They offer a lot of options and variety on their veggies which you can buy at a very low price especially those packed veggies. You can also buy sweets or plastic jarred pasalubong ranging from P100-P250. They also offer promos like 5 small plastic jars of sweets for only P100.
Quick Tip : If you are going to "mines view" they offer better promos with their sweets on plastic jars like 6 jars for P100 on small size P100-P150 on medium jars.

If you're going to buy a pasalubong from Baguio, I recommend buying them here because they're sold at a cheaper price and there are many shops where you can buy things like Baguio delicacies and souvenirs.

Almost all of their products now are getting expensive.
But the cleanliness of their market is 9 out of 10 because of different sorts of products.

"I recently visited Baguio City Market and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The market offers a wide variety of choices, from fresh produce to baked goods to household essentials. I was able to find everything I needed at very reasonable prices. The store layout is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to locate the products I needed.

One thing that stood out to me was the fresh produce section. The fruits and vegetables were all fresh and of high quality. I also appreciated the bakery section, which had a great selection of bread and pastries.

The store staff were also friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and making recommendations. I also noticed that they were frequently restocking the shelves, ensuring that the products were always fresh.

This has to be on your bucket list if you visit Baguio. I have yet to see a market like it. It sells everything you expect in a market. You have all the smells that you would expect. It has all the characters that you would expect, but it has somethings that you would never expect! The stall holders are so friendly and there a few surprises too,but I will keep quite about that . Also if you are are into market places Baguio has a 9pm to 2am market for those of you wanting a late experience. As I always say for a 5 star award you certainly will not be disappointed.

Some areas can be cleaner but overall the goods are what you would expect from a bustling public market.

A ton of fresh fruits, vegetables and sundries. A little thin on fish and meat, perhaps I didn't look around enough, it's huge!

Got to commend the City Market Task Force of Baguio City Public Market for maintaining cleanliness and neatness even on the street and gutters. No spillage of water or trash. Also one thing i observed while we were there was that the flow of traffic is really implemented nowadays where as way back before, it's too tedious. That's why i'm happy to be back to where i grew up every once in a while👍

A piece of advice. If you are planning to buy PASALUBONG from Baguio. Do not buy from tourist attraction places but here. The price difference is HUGE. I greatly regret buying many goods in mines view then went to the market realising that the price difference is almost a quarter of half. Like the price of snowballs, in mines view and in the strawberry farm it is 400/jar, compared to 260/jar in the market. Also, their strawberries are bigger and sweeter.
