I appreciate that they have parking slots. Its relatively easier to use HMOs, Philhealth here... Most of the staff are great.

For the price, Its worth it!

Employee (from top to bottom) are all respectful, kind and professionals. Services are good too, you can rest at ease. The facilities are clean specially during this pandemic. Keep it up!

The patients are well taken cared of. Staffs are very polite.

Unfortunately, I have been admitted to this hospital 2x already but the upside is they offer good service.

The nurses are kind & friendly. My family doesn’t reside in the area, so I had to admit myself once and it was hassle free. The downside is, I can’t check myself out!

The rooms are clean and spacious. And the food is good.
Also, their HMO assistants/processors are compassionate. I will never forget the staff’s kindness especially when I didn’t have family with me. I have tried Makati Med (while their own staff are nice, Asian Life’s HMO processors are unkind and even cruel) and even though this hospital is in the province, their service is top notch.

I live in Tuguegarao now and is around 100km away from Isabela - I’d still choose to go here.

Even the best room in the hospital (#330 at 5K per day) was very badly maintained and lacking amenities like a kettle. The whole hospital is quite badly run on an extreme budget. Zero tap water for half of our stay. Black low pressure water when is was working. No backup water provisions in the least. Can't flush a toilet without buying bottled water to. Mostly good and friendly staff (thank you!). No bugs and clean which was fortunate. Pretty good food. Had to ask 3x on arrival for toilet tissue. Numerous issues. No fan or aircon outside OR. I had a difficult fight for a bill reduction needing to threaten legal action. Unacceptable non customer facing top level management. Overall, sadly the worst hospital I've personally experienced and supposedly the best in Isabela. Mind boggling...

Our experience with this hospital is so disgusting! "MUKHANG PERA"
Our sister died in this hospital and they detained our brother in law for almost 24hours until we paid our sisters bills. And even if the bill is already settled they did not release the death certificate of our sister immediately. Kung pede negative ang rate, bigyan ko ito ng negative rate!!!

They Charge like St. Lukes but service is like public Hospitals, actually some public hospitals are better.

Secondly, Employees are not approachable.
For an Outpatient Colonoscopy report it took more than 1 weeks before we got the report.

Management must be aware of what is happening and charge based on the services they are providing.
