I have been a customer of LapuLapu Rapide for years and has been very happy with their great customer service and good auto care. they dont miss out reminding me of my scheduled maintainance which is very helpful. They have clean and spacious waiting lounge. Kudos to this franchise!

Awesome service

Went there to have my car checked after our long trip. The staff was accomodating and immediately attended to my unit, they have the right equipment for repairs and check-up. Plus, their service charge is affordable compared to Casa (main shop of seller/brand). So I prefer this car shop.

Decent prices

In times of pandemic, the service crew should wear facemask to protect themselves and their customers.

I came here to get the wiring for my lights checked and serviced. They told me to come back once they text/call me. A few hours later I came and I asked if I could schedule an appointment. Surprisingly, they do not do appointments. I came here because it was close to my house and I wanted to try their services, but having me wait for their call all day is not convenient. I cannot be at home all day just to wait for them and I question their choice for not having an appointment/scheduling system.

One more thing. When I arrived at their shop, I waited a long time before someone greeted me. I said hello to the mechanics that were there but they were busy so I understood. However, when I saw the receptionist she immediately went away, almost like she was avoiding me

Overall, their facilities and mechanics are good. But their service is not what I would call "professional".
