I went there yesterday po right after I received your reply. I requested for a hair color and Botox (999 promo). And an additional of pedicure. Before the procedure po Kasi, my hair color is like light to medium brown with highlights. When they asked me what color I want, told them something brown that will cover po my gray hair. I agreed with the hairdresser's, suggestion of chestnut brown. Kaya lang after ma-rinse Yung hair ko, the gray hairs were not covered.

I have been coloring my hair for 15 yrs and I was disappointed with the result of the color Added pa yung over babad Yung gamot Kasi si lead hair dresser is super busy with the rebond, while the assistant hairdresser (the slim gay with glasses and long hair) is focused on chitchatting with the 2 customers who happened to be a Taga Tarlac like him. Nag gagawa naman Siya kaya lang because he is not focused I have to ask pa na need na banlawan my hair. Lahat ng conversation naka butt in Siya.

Again over babad din Yung Botox, I have to remind him again.

Now my turn for the blower came, the lead hairstylist (the one with long blond hair, assigned in Tarlac daw Siya talaga) did the blower. Umaaray na Ako Kasi naka full Ang heat ng blower. I have thin hair so ramdam po talaga Yung init and napapaso na Ako talaga. I told him mainit, hininaan Naman nya but I saw him return the control of the blower to full heat again Kasi nga Diba I am in front of a big mirror ng salon.

When I came home and had the chance to fully checked my hair, Wala naman po nagbago with the hair color. And nagkasugat Yung scalp ko because of too much heat of the blower po.

I was thinking to let it pass nalang sana kaya lang I felt bullied because of the sugat on my scalp and how I was treated by these hairstylists nagbayad naman Ako ng tama.

I tried to message the page of the branch of that salon (Paniqui Tarlac Branch), pero no reply and action at all. Seen lang lahat ng messages ko. By word of mouth to my friends and relatives I will spread how horrible your service is.
