went to fixed my Birth cert from entrance wherein you need to register to Civil Registry office very fast transaction and all employees are Very accommodating ang bait2x lahat especially Mam Purie (from Civil Registry Office) for her effort in calling up civil registrars office at Mla for confirming if the papers I submitted will be accepted para d naman masayang bayad ko 😊 thank u PROUD TO BE FROM STA ROSA thank u to our BEST Mayor Arlene Arcillas

Very nice and clean parking garage.

My transaction today is very smooth.Also I have noticed that they have fixed the parking area which is a good thing compared to the last time I visited.It becomes more convenient.Likewise,they removed the parking labels that were alloted for employees.Good job.

A good and accessible place

Philippine Bureau of Immigration is on the second floor, building off to the left, nice parking and what a nice new spot, bathrooms are second to none.

Just got done with my annual check in for my I-Card, they also do extensions but they won't be able to do I-Card renewals.

Transacting with Sta Rosa Cityhall was a breeze , from.parking attendants ( free parking ) ,to security guards and City Assesor's office is like transacting with Privately managed organization.Salamat po sa STA Rosa Leaders , lalo na sa Tax Amnesty

It's so convenient to transact with staffs & employees it only took me 15 minutes to pay our amilyar
