Hands down, your place has enough space to accommodate team building activities and get-togethers but other than the space you can offer, everything else needs to be improved. I was disappointed with our stay here and these are the reasons behind this rating:

#1. Your check-in time was 2PM and this was your resort policy. But by 2PM, only 3 out of the 13 rooms we reserved were ready. We had to go back and forth to your reception just to ask the status of the rooms. Given that your check-out time was 12PM, you have ample time to prepare and clean the rooms but no, most of us were able to finally get inside our rooms by 3:30PM and what's annoying here is, when we were following up in your reception area, you had the audacity and attitude to say that "nililinis na nga po namin." We came from an early morning trip and some of us had babies na inuna na lang namin na maka-settle sa available rooms. One of the families with us asked to be transferred because andumi pa nung room na na-assign sa kanila.The following day, checkout was 12PM, testing our luck, one of our companions asked if we can extend until 1PM given na late check-in kami pero no, 12PM ang checkout and nagpprepare pa lang kami eh may nag-aabang ng ibang guests sa may pintuan namin.

#2. The cleanliness of the room and the rooms itself are blah. Expectation vs. reality based on the pictures eh epic fail. Assuming that you cleaned the rooms kasi un nga dahilan niyo why we 3:30PM na kami nakapasok eh you didn't do a good job cleaning. The bathroom smells like pee and wala man lang mat or pigadan ung bathroom. Walang reception /channels ung TV and with one of the other rooms eh wala pa ung power cable nung TV. Not to mention na walang WIFI. Ang WIFI eh asa reception lang ang given the layout of the place eh ang hina din ng signal.

#3. No front desk / reception after 6PM. For a resort as big as this, a 24/7 reception kahit minimal workforce lang is recommended pero after 6PM wala na. So in cases where you were locked out from your room, you have questions or help needed eh you are on your own. Kelangan mo ipagpa-bukas kung sakali man.

Overall, if you just want a day stay eh this is a good place but overnight accommodations eh no, better go somewhere else since almost the same naman sila ng rates with other nearby resorts. Again, the venue itself was nice but that's it.

Hi, good morning po. I hope everything is well po. I just want to give my honest feedback on our recent stay in your resort. We enjoyed the beach definitely. You guys has one of the best beaches in the PH. However the accomodation was'nt. The room is not the same in picture. I dont know if it was just or probably the staff was so busy and was not able to clean the room right. I mean the room smells like "Kulob"or paramg luma. The heater is not working,tv is not getting any channels at all. And the worst thing is malamok. Tapos po nagasked kami ng basahan kasi walang matt sa cr.binigyan po kami isang peraso and amg sabi wala na daw po kasi di pa nalabhan.ehehehe. and we asked them po multiple time bago kami bigyan. Hindo pa po tapos, yung breakfast po na sinerve is nasa styro? i mean may restaurant po bakit di nilagay sa plato?

It was really an ungrateful experience. If you are looking for a good place to stay and relaxm then this is not the place for you. Not to mention yung nagvivideoke kabilaan. wala man restriction kahit bagi na.

Im saying this po not discriminate you or what not but to help improve your service po. Para your future guest wont expirience it po. Thank for accommodating us but i think that would be the last. Have a good one.
