LANDBANK - Bauang

I would like to report a negative experience I had with one of the tellers at your branch. I was instructed by my supervisor to get a stamp for some documents, and I asked the teller where I could find it. The teller was very impolite and annoyed by my question, and told me to figure it out myself. She was making me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I think this is unacceptable behavior for a customer service representative, and I hope you will take appropriate action to address it. I was trying to sign up for the Landbank app, but I encountered some problems with the verification process. I contacted the customer service representative, hoping to get some help. However, the representative was very vague and unhelpful. She did not explain what I needed to do or why I was having trouble. She just told me to try again later. I felt frustrated and ignored. This is the worst service ever. They do not seem to care about their customers at all.
