it needs maintenance on its facilities. Food... takes time to be served.

They are not responsive online upon booking an appointment and asking questions. So we went here to inquire about their self service laundry but it seems they don't offer it anymore. The woman who spoke to us was not friendly at all and she informed us we should go elsewhere while she continued chatting with another person. Also they close early. It says here they close at 8pm but they were closing at 5:30pm. Bad management.
