A good place to buy groceries, clothes, accessories, school supplies, gadgets and house furniture.

You can almost buy anything here. A lot of our house stuffs were bought from here. Often visiting this place for food trip as well.

I mean, what's not to love about Tiong San. The place makes you really feel like you are at a mall. The supermarket, however, is the highlight as it is so spacious and had an almost complete product. The long queues are not so much of a bother as well. Loved it!

Basically, because it got us the things we wanted and needed in just one place. Fast food chains, cloth departments, house and building furniture, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. And furthermore, it's clean and had a high maintenance. Lower prices in exchange for a great purchase. Worth it!

The place is really wide and all sections are categorized and easily recognizable by overhead signs. Before entering there are also a mini arcade for children so you leave your kid w/ an older sibling to watch while you go grocery shopping. Lots of food courts within the vicinity so you wouldn't worry about getting hungry.

It basically has everything you need. One thing I found that may not benefit you at all is that there's a weak signal reception once you're inside. I had a hard time using GCash for my transaction once so I had to use cash instead. Items sold are cheap(er) too and as I tried comparing some items with those sold at Shopee Mall, they pretty much cost the same (well not generalizing though)... I hope every staff will cater to the needs of their customer first before tending to their own business. I'm saying this after mom and I had an encounter with a staff member who left us waiting for her instead of her waiting for us to get our business with her done. Still, I applaud their service except for that one person. 😅✌🏻

Great location and they have a wide selection of merchandise specially on plastic ware.

Not crowded, cozy.

Basic goods. everything is there. Familiarity of the place will make your grocery faster. Although its very crowded they have a lot of cashier counters :).

It's a great supermarket. Many small store owners buy the products they sell from here. Sometimes its crowded, especially on weekends but, other than that it's a great area to buy bulks.

Convenient for groceries and shopping. Parking space available most of the time. Food court open for dine ins and take outs.

Shopping here is good however the groceries department always has a long line to the cashier😁
