The very first that got me was the Cordillera Ambiance. It gave me the comfort of home being home♥. The service rendered on my Cordilleran Bliss Package with my son was way more than A+ rating. I would definitely go back and try another package sometime. Oh! The tea! yes! A sip of tea before you leave summits it all if you know what I mean♥♥♥

Best massage ever. I've probably tried few spa places but this experience is my fave.

Stayed here for 4 hrs because I availed of their package which includes body scrub, sauna, foot massage, facial scrub, and full body massage. I feel like a newborn baby afterwards! No kidding! The staffs are helpful and friendly. I went to their Casa Vallejo branch and I highly recommend it. The tea they offer before you leave is also very good.

All of the staff members are accommodating. The massage and scrub services were really worth its price. For travelers looking for a relaxing thing to do in Baguio, I recommend this. ✨

Great location, great staff and quick service to walk-in customers. Good choice to showcase a Filipino-themed design and an extensive services menu. Budget-friendly but bang for the buck. My masseuse, Flore, is the best one I’ve had so far. This spa is better than the ones I’ve had in Metro Manila.

The experience was great. Staff are well trained, masseurs are well capable of delivering good quality massage. Ambiance is relaxing with music to fit the mood. Cap off the visit with a free hot lemon grass tea. Highly recommended 👌

I had a wonderful Experience. Other than the spa itself. Id like to make a special mention to sir Jason for taking good care of his clients including me. He was very thorough, organized, delicate and considerate. I like how he prepares things so the session is sure to be smooth

THE BEST SPA IN BAGUIO! Ok, I cannot emphasize enough how I love the massage service we got from this spa. Shout out to Adrian and Jonathan for doing a great job. I feel like we underpaid the package we got. It feels like we should've paid P3,000 atleast for the quality massage we received.

My massage therapist was Adrian on both occasions that we visited the establishment. What I like about the staff is that they are professionals without them sacrificing friendliness. There's a certain touch of hospitality with their professionalism. Now, I am basing this review from my experience with Adrian and their receptionist.

What I loved about the massage is the way the therapist does it. It starts with prepping your body, and getting it ready for massage. Then comes the slow, continuous massage. That's what I noticed is different about their massage from any other spas I've been to. The therapist rarely breaks the continuity of the massage, and that is all the while the therapist is applying pressure. You know when other therapists pause when transitioning from massaging one part of your body to the next? Well, that's not what they do here. It's a smooth and continuous transition from lower limb to the upper part of the body. It truly is an amazing experience.

The place has a 'traditional highland house/ato/Igorot culture' theme to it. From the sculptures, to the wooden floors that were artificially aged, the decorations, and overall interior design. It almost resembles the Bontoc Museum. They even center their massage packages around traditional massage practices like hilot, dagdagay, etc.

After the massage, you then finish it up with a slight sweet lemongrass tea. A truly wonderful experience when visiting Baguio. This should be one of a tourist's list while visiting Baguio. I've been to a lot of spas, but North Haven Spa will always be on my top list.

I also recommend you book in advance so you can request the therapist you want. Unbelievable service this place provides! Just Unbelievable.

I absolutely love this place. Highly recommended. This is my fave spa of all time. Aside from having very courteous staff, they are very good at handling a lot of walk-in customers. They have tons of clients everyday and yet i am always accommodated without waiting for a long time even during peak season. You see clients coming from work at 6 pm and still they will accommodate them (they close at around 10 pm). This is unlike other spas in baguio i know that REQUIRE a booked reservation days in advance even if you have a gift certificate. So far in all the times ive been here the masseur was always quiet like a mouse - which i love. Dito ko napansin na ang tahimik ng masseur careful not to disturb your thoughts with noise. Their hands are strong and their massage is smooth and always equal on both sides. Very unique services din with their indigenous massages. Issue ko lang medyo masikip ung area ng foot services so ang maingay mga customers na naglalakad or dumadaan. But nonetheless, superb service. Always had a very relaxing time. Even my spa addict friends loved their time here.

Still one of the best spas in Baguio. I was given a male therapist and tho his hands were a bit heavy, the entire massage was amazing, felt relaxed after. Highly recommended.

This place is full of awesomeness! It was really relaxing. We tried their full bliss and we were very satisfied with the service provided. We really got the service we were looking for. Aside from that, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, plus the ambience of the place is really cool. It gives you the Cordilleran feels. Moreover, if you want to go for a shopping afterwards, the place is just near SM Baguio! 💕

North Haven is a Baguio staple for me. I make sure to visit the spa everytime I go back home, in fact I yearn for it days before my trip. So, make sure to put it on your list when you visit the city. You will not regret it.

Relaxing massage, great experience

I went to North Haven Spa yesterday Sept 24. Got the North Massage for 2.5hrs. My masseuse - Beth was very good!! I highly recommend her!

Although,I had a bad experience with their other staffs Markee and Justin. They wanted to slot in 2 other male customers in the same massage room as I was in. They kept forcing 3x my masseuse to wake me up and ask me if it was ok for me if they would have 2 other males in the same massage room. I felt disrespected by Markee and Justin, and the way they treated my masseuse Beth. I heard how they bullied Beth forcing her 3x to wake me up and transfer me to another massage bed. Good thing that Beth kept on telling them it should not be allowed to have other male in the room.

To the management, pls look into this and support your hardworking and efficient employees. I enjoyed my massage with Beth,you are blessed to have her in your team. Please do reprimand Markee and Justin to abide by rules, ethics, customer privacy and most of all, how they treat their other colleagues.

North Haven Spa stopped accepting appointments during weekends. I'm not sure if it's the samr with weekdays. So we had to gamble through walk-in

Best for overall spa experience!

I was looking forward to coming back here and booked ahead to ensure that we will be seen in time as there was 9 in our party.

The package we chose started with a scrub of your choice, then a dry sauna followed by the shower. We were then treated to a foot spa and paraffin wax, leaving my feet so soft. Once that was finished, we had a relaxing massage and top it off, we were offered a complimentary tea once everything was finished.

I would highly recommend the overall package as it is definitely worth it! I look forward to coming back again.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable enough to the amount of quality service. Ambience is relaxing and environmentally themed. I tried their foot scrub and massage combo and i highly recommend the service. Just don't forget to tip your therapist 🙂
