The guard's are so strict, my nephew was admitted here, can't even bring its bottle warmer , guard says it will cause fire, 😒 that's not good decision coming from a guard

Nurses and facilities are just fine,this isn't a high end type of hospital just the typical type however the administration are so greedy, people who already suffered from illness when they get out of the hospital they even get sicker and sicker because of unnecessary charges on their bills. Even the insurance company would not recommend this hospital. This hospital will rip you off , avoid going to this hospital if you're not financially ready there's alot of hospitals who has thesame facilities

The guards are super strict. "Visiting hours" Watchers will be released so visitors can take their place. What is the purpose of visiting hours?

Overnight lang ha at di pa naililipat ang pasyente sa room dahil puno ay umabot na ng 50k ang bill. Jusko ang mahal magkasakit . My lola here in manila 50k 3days na sya sa NKTI at napa check na lahat sa kanya. Samantalang sa inyo overnight lang 50k sa emergency pa lang. Masyado kayong gahaman. Ginagatasan nyo mga pasyente nyo di nyo naman na ayos ang pasyente at nilipat sa iba.. dapat ma check kayo CONGRESS AT GANYAN KAYO .. GIGIL NAGIGIL MAGPAYAMAN@@@

WARNING!! PARA PO SA MGA PASYENTE DITO HUMINGI PO KAYO NG ITEMIZED BILL AT MAGTANONG KUNG ANU ANO AT PARA SAAN YUNG MGA GINAMIT PARA SA PASYENTE. DAHIL ITONG HOSPITAL NA ITO AY MUKHANG NAG OOVERCHARGE NG MGA KAGAMITAN.

FYI: Magtanong kung anu ano ang mga gamit na kailangan sa ospital at ikumpara kung mas mura ba sa labas ba pharmacy o diyan sa kanila. Meron po silang yinataeag na Central Service Supply at Billing section. Magtanong doon kung magkano ang mga ginagamit at para saan katulad ng mga gamot, mapa injection man o iniinom na gamot. Kumuha ng reseta sa inyong doctor kung mas makakamura kayo sa labas ng hospital.

Tingnang mabuti po ang lahat ng bill araw araw. Hindi ito sinasabi ng kahit sino sa ospital pati po nurses ay mga walang alam sa charges na ito.

Kung pwede kayong magpa admit sa ibang hospital gawin niyo. My brother had a surgery done here in this hospital and what a nightmare after we received the bill. We were expecting to receive a package deal price for a simple surgery because that's what we were told by our surgeon but after two days, the billing section told us we cant avail the package deal since I admitted my brother to a suite room. Our bill went almost twice as much as we are expecting! It was so infuriating because this hospital withheld a very important information to us and we felt like we were scammed, nobody told us that the package deal is conditional . Obviously our attending was shocked too about how ridiculous our bill was.
There's a DISCRIMINATION of healthcare in this hospital. A room is a patient's and family choice and should not affect any package deal they offer! Allah Valley Hospital you are a total scam!! You can't do this to the patients regardless of which room they are in.

Also, I am totally disappointed with the nurse (looks like the charge nurse at that time) whom I asked "What do you need the 4 1ml syringes for? and told me without hesitation it's for "skin testing". A skin test is a practice where they test for a possible allergic reaction before an iv antibiotic is given and they only do it once. So where's the other three? They told me to ask the OR maybe they used it. Then the OR nurse told me that it is for anesthesia, and I asked what are the medications used for the anesthesia and she said she doesnt know because it was the doctor who prepared it. I just looked at her dumbfounded.

What are these nurses doing during pre-op, intra-op and post-op? They lack patient information and patient advocacy.

I hate this hospital!!!

Rip-off. 3 days stay Pero 95000 ang bill namin. Avoid this hospital at all cost.
