Bacolod's go to classic for Pinoy kakanin and local delicacies been consistent thru the years. They also serve great food and on the go meals. They have fast and great service here.

In all seriousness, Quan has one of the best tasting Filipino delicacies out there. The prices are also affordable and the menu is diverse.

I highly recommend Quan's Napoleones.

The venue is also clean, the ambiance great and perfect for meals with friends and family.

After all these years, Quan still serves delicious food.
