Okay sila, good rooms.

There are different size rooms for different budgets. And the location is optimal right in front of gaisano. The staff was accommodating for extra towels and other small stuff.

Pleasant Stay. Affordable and Comfortable.

I recommend this Inn for Solo traveller and short stay.

Pros
- Located in front of Gaisano Mall. Plenty of food choices around the Inn. If you are new to Calbayog City then Midtown Inn is the best choice for you since this is just across Gaisano Mall and every knows the mall even from other towns.
- Commuting is easy. The Inn is along the main rod
- Affordable for Solo traveller.
- Friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful.
- Clean rooms. The room looks new
- Comfortable bed.
- Free to use umbrella.

Cons
- There’s no water in the room when they are filling the water tank which is in the afternoon and sometimes until 9pm. You have to inform the front desk to turn the water on.
- You can hear the noise of cars passing by. The room has a balcony facing the main road. It is noisy during daytime but quiet during sleeping hours
- Poor online presence. I wish they become active on FB and online booking sites so reservation will be easy. The only way I was able to book was by calling their mobile number.

Cozy and near everything you need

Rooms are infested with small red ants! Need for thorough cleaning and pest control

Humble yet Comfortable! Needs elevator for senior citizens

Unexplainable and creepy experience. Despite hotel is modern and located in heart the of the city. I cant forget when I stayed in this hotel.

Pros : The room was small , but clean, and bed was comfortable.
However , that's where the pros end ! Cons :There was no water / hot water ,when I arrived due to a water pump failure ,according to the woman at reception . This was contrary to what my friend was told when he booked me into the Inn a few days earlier. Hence the toilet did not flush , I woke up during the night with tiny ants biting me . They were all over my bed !! But wait ...there's more !! I had a bag full of essential medication stolen from my room whilst I was out and the room was being cleaned . I will never stay there again !

No one puts down the price of their accommodation. What type of accommodation? That is double room with fan or air con . That is the most important information for a budget traveler. Just saying you enjoyed your stay or it was value for money or the staff was nice tell me nothing. I want to know price p-rice pr---i ce
