Staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Also, their service advisors only recommend the minimum services needed for PMS so each visit isn't headache-inducing.

Their lounge has free coffee, drinks and some snacks. There are a lot of seats to sit in, and the area is air-conditioned.

Since 2017 i always do my PMS and other services in this branch, year by year their customer service and other services is improving but last year and this year is the most awesome, they offer something to the clients while waiting, like sending to the nearby mall and vice versa.all staff down to the manager are very respectful and polite… kudos to this awesome people.. please continue your good service..
