For assessor specific needs:
Only municipal hall can issue tax clearance, & certificate of no improvement. Certified true copy of tax declaration available, pero pwede din sa provincial government.

Transfer Tax can only be settled in the provincial government of Cavite (sana pwede na din dito).

Also, first time to see a government office issue receipt (printed using machine) for documentary stamps tax.

I rushed to the Water Works Office earlier today (Dec.14/21), to inquire on something.
It was almost 12 noon, but the lady there. still willingly & graciously attended to my whims.
Their Supervisor (Sir Franco Agrimano) even allowed me inside his office to accommodate my querries.

A high class municipality in the province of Cavite.People are very nice and a very safe place,police visibility are everywhere all day.There's lot of foodstall to choose from and the vendors are very friendly.Overall Alfonso is a very nice place visit kudos to the Mayor of town he runs it very well.
