Went with a motorcycle group of friends. It's one of a kind place! Serene. Service is great, and the staff named Julio made sure we're taken care of. A bit tough to park your two-wheeled vehicle on the cobblestones though, take caution.

My halo halo was super delish, but that wasn’t the best part of my visit. The best part was the great service and being looked after and the absolutely fabulous and traditional interior and exterior of the cafe and restaurant. It’s got such a warm charm and feel to it. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area to drop in and have a peek.

The place takes you back in time. The restaurant is in a historical house decorated with old and historical items. They serve authentic filipino cuisine. The place gives you a lot of nostalgia as you dine inside and enjoy the dishes that reminds you of you lolo's or lola's cooking. Their lengua and crispy pata is definitely a must try! They also have a museum filled with antique furnitures and historical items.

Worth the trip. Food was great. If you are a fan of vintage ambience, it's a perfect place to bring your family and friends. The gallery though only opens during the weekend.

Travel back in time and savor the food of our ancestors in this spacious and nostalgic place. It has a Spanish colonial vibes but with bits of modern service. Taste their best-selling dishes, the epic Bistek Tagalog, the exotic Kulawo, and the refreshing Ensaladang Paco. After your full meal, or while waiting for your table, enjoy the scenery with lots of selfies, groufies, and other photo-opps. There are a lot of angles; you're limit is your imagination.

The staffs are very attentive, very polite. Foods are a bit pricey but very good in terms taste and how it was served. They have owner's collection gallery, wherein we met (i think) the owner, who explained how their family had collected those items. Somehow, added to homey feeling, as if you had a chit chat with an elder family member. Very nice experience. I will go back.

First-time visitor to this restaurant, with friends. What a surprise, a tucked away quiet location, with unique character, a beautiful outlook, friendly staff, and excellent food. A bit pricier than your average local restaurant, but well worth it. Go treat yourself! Will definitely return to eat there again.
Have not commented on the rooms, as we did not stay overnight.

Visited for the first time for my aunt's birthday for dinner prior to our return to Manila. Lovely decoration and atmosphere, excellent service and reasonably priced, delicious food was our experience. Needless to say we were pleasantly surprised and glad to have dropped by for dinner prior to ending our weekend long outing.

Amazing place tucked in San Pablo before you reach city proper. Its nice coz there's no hassle of traffic.
Ancestral home style and well maintained.
Expect a little wait time on your order as they are cooked and not reheated.
Great staff, attentive and courteous.
Me and my family would go back to try other yummy food in their menu!
We tried the Paco salad and the tilapia is good.
Right price coz the servings are for sharing. Sorry, no photo of the food, we were too excited to eat. But what you see in the menu it looks the same when served.

The last time i ate at Sulyap was years ago (2006 if i remember correctly), it was just 1 small building plus the Big Warehouse in front.
Food was delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. The Ambience compensated for the prices. Service was good and overall it was a delicious lunch.

The best kulawon in San Pablo. They serve very good food. It's nice to stay in their heritage rooms and structures.

A beautiful young maiden waits patiently for her suitor. She is so enamored with his handsome presence; so taken by his wit and charm. She purposefully maintains her disposition, but she decides to slightly uncover an ankle as she waits - - it will not be uncovered for long - - but her suitor will be sure to notice, and to understand that he has been chosen by her. The dashing young man hurries into the courtyard - - worried that he will be late, but hoping not to lose his cool disposition. He steps into the courtyard - - he is immediately entranced by the waiting ankle an instant before it is removed from his sight. What did he just see? Did he really see it? How did it happen? Was it a gust of wind? The wind of fate? Could it be a Sign from the Lord? He looks up; their eyes lock; and suddenly, this author realizes the magic of a bowl of Sinigang that has been prepared by a truly gifted Chef who creates for patrons a vision of the beauty of what has been, and what still is - - for those who care to dream; for those who care to reflect; and for those who make the time to enjoy the beauty of life - - this is a place where there are still those who make the effort to share those dreams with grateful patrons. You may first arrive for a meal, but you will enjoy a truly unique and magical experience. Five Stars. A special place. A mature staff. A gifted Chef. Bravo.

Very beautiful place. We loved the ambiance and the cuisine. Good for family and couples looking for a romantic dinner. It's a shame the restaurant closes a little early at 8pm. We didn't get to see the museum as it closes early and we chose to dine first.

Had lunch here on our road trip to San Pablo. If you love old houses and Filipino cuisine, then this is the place. Food was good. We arrived around 11am and it was practically full.

The ambiance is very quiant and breezy. I love their sinigang because it is very sour, and the Taro (gabi) in the soup made it even tastier.
