Buffalo's Wings and Things

Ambience & Location:
When we entered the mall the first time, we were choosing between this restaurant and some pizza. For that visit, wings was the winner because I craved some BBQ wings. A fair number of chairs and couches were available and the usual reds, whites, and blues of their interior were apparent. They're near Starbucks and Ramen Sora.

Food:
We tried the Triple Sampler Champion Buffalo Wings, which is comprised of 12 pieces with 3 sauces. We selected The Rookie (spicy), Garlic Parmesan (one of the bestsellers), and Honey BBQ (what brought us here). I passed on the spiciness but I was really satisfied with the other two. When I'd smell the Honey BBQ sauce, I can almost feel it crawling up my nose; that's how strong it was! On top of that, the flavor was just amazingly strong and smoky! Garlic Parmesan was a tad bit simpler than the BBQ but it had a strong garlic flavor that I really enjoyed as well.

Service:
We were very impressed! Apart from being naturally friendly and smiling at us, we noticed one of our wings was a bit uncooked. They went above and beyond, offering to replace the whole basket. We were actually so surprised by this and it really made our day! Good job on service recovery! :D

I loved the chicken wings here. I ordered spicy and it tasted delicious!

The food is great, this is a "cash only establishment, so no Credit Cards accepted here.

said the food might take 25 min, but it was definitely more than that. but the wait was worth it, would recommend the honey bbq and the chipotle lime. rice and drinks were a bit overpriced, i'd recommend just getting water. service was great! they seem a bit understaffed tho. overall pretty great

I ordered 3 flavors, The Rookie, New Yorks Finest and Firehouse Classic. The first 2 weren't spicy and the 3rd was a little spicey. The manager gave me a free sample of the Nuclear flavor and that was spicy. There 3 hotter flavors after Nuclear, all require a waiver before eating. Next time I'll try the other flavors to see which tastes the best. I also ordered the sliders as well which were a good size if you're going to also eat wings.

This is one of my favorite places to go when I am craving for spicy wings and flavorful chicken fingers! I love the selection of flavors they offer. Whenever you can't decide which flavor to get, they offer triple sampler plate in which you can get three different flavors for your chicken wings and fingers.

I also recommend their NY dirty rice. It's very flavorful and pairs well with the chicken. Although,there are days when it seems the cook didn't follow the recipe correctly.

The place is kind kinda small but you can see people lining up to get a seat here during lunch and dinner. I also fee that they are understaffed during those times of the day.

Good price. Wish the iced tea was bottomless due to spicy flavours.

Service was rather slow

Asked the service staff if orders we're complete and went home but realized it was incomplete after reaching home. The manager explained and apologized but the solution to the issue is " ichacharge na lang sa staff" which is unfair. System and staff must be trained for a better customer experience
